Giant of Siam's staff are very caring and considerate. You'll quickly come to feel like part of the family. It's easy to customize the content and spiciness of your order to meet your needs. Giant of Siam offers so many wonderful flavors to explore. My favorite dish, Chicken with Basil (Pad Krapow Gai) is a joy to eat every single time. I'd gladly eat it every day. I also love their soups, Pla Chili Sauce, drunken noodles, and all of their excellent appetizers. I recommend the Siam roll if you'd like to start your meal with a delightfully crispy fried spring roll. If you're not sure what to order, stop by at lunch time to try one of their affordable mid-day meals. They'll be happy to talk to you about their menu. I also want to mention how lovely and relaxing their dining room is. While I'm there, my stress starts floating away. Sometimes I go there and order something light just so I can get away for a while. I'm always happy when I leave, thanks to the...

Giant Of Siam is a long-time Thai favorite in downtown Nashua. Recently, I arrived here just before their midday break but was nevertheless welcomed enthusiastically. The main room is beautifully - and authentically - decorated. The elevated booths look inviting under their cute faux rooves. Their menu has a wide variety of dishes from which to choose. Chilling down on this hot day with a tasty Trader Vic’s Mai Tai, I warmed back up a bit with the savory Tod Mann appetizer which is lightly deep-fried ground fish and shrimp patties seasoned with Thai curry paste, accompanied by a cucumber sauce with crushed peanuts. For the main, I went with the Giant Rainbow specialty dish, a sautéed mixture of chicken (you can choose beef), cashews, baby corn, red peppers, carrots, onions, celery, snow peas, water chestnuts, and tomatoes - m’wah! Highly...

I had ordered green curry for takeout. The flat container that the curry was put in leaked. They did not put curry in the plastic container that is generally used for curry. When I called to mention that most of the curry had leaked in that poorly packed container, the lady who answered the phone said that they will make curry and give me. After 25 min of drive when I picked up the curry, it was hardly 20 ml of it🙄. It looked like a joke! I hope the owner or manager notices this content. I am attaching the photo. They need to get trained on better customer service. The taste of green curry was not good and I am very disappointed with how they handled...

Enjoyed a nice meal here, but it was not extraordinary. Restaurant is large but relatively dark. Menu is confusing as it has chinese and Japanese dishes on it as well as Thai. Each dish we tried was good, but not excellent. They were flavorful, but not as much as I've had elsewhere. Other oddities were flat soup bowls and spoons which led to spillage. Service was good although sparse. We waited a long time to order desserts, to have the table cleared, and to get the check. Good place if you are not familiar with the cuisine. But I would see if there is a better place within driving distance.
