My husband and I went on 6/9/24. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell around! If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat! Inside this location is disgusting! There are no standards when it comes to hygiene or cleanliness! They have you wait 30+ minutes for your food, and thatâs on the shorter side. This is regardless if you go inside or through the drive thru. If you go through the drive thru, theyâll have you pull out front to wait and theyâll bring your food out to you. Beware, even after waiting, they still wonât bring your food out to you. The staff are all rude and have no respect. The staff will even threaten to take DoorDashers outside to fight! There was one Dasher who was waiting over an hour on food! My husband and I went through the drive thru and finally got to the speaker after 20 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us, with one waiting at the window for more than 10 minutes. Once we go to the window, we paid with cash, and they refused to provide a receipt, even though we asked for it. They said the printer was out of paper and they didnât want to change it. We were then told to pull around and wait out front. We waited over 30 minutes and didnât get our food. My husband went inside multiple times to see what was going on and they had no history of our food and because they didnât give us a receipt, we had no proof of our food or payment. We were then told there was nothing they could do. They refused to make our food or give us a refund. They yelled at us. What should have been 10 minutes, took an hour and a half with no success. We didnât get our food or our money back. We only got 2 regular crunchy tacos, a side of nacho fries, and 2 fountain drinks. We have had multiple bad experiences at this Taco Bell. From now on, weâll take an extra 20 minutes and drive to the Londonderry location. At least there, they know how to do their job, provide fast service, and respect their customers. Was told product was waiting to heat up to temp, and it will take 10 minutes. Waited in parking lot fot 15. Went through, was told the same exact thing verbatim. I told them this is what I heard last time and not to be rude but are you sure it will take another 10 minutes. Person I was talking to seemed upset and did not hear a reply for 30 seconds. I was very pleasant and nice especially since I don't like to complain to workers or be rude at all. I asked if anyone was there and a different man's voice said that I need to wait for the product to get to a safe temperature. I did not want to wait another 15 minutes (always wait 5 mins extra just in case) so I asked if 10 minutes was an accurate estimate. Employee responded saying again that they needed to wait for the product to come to temperature in a very annoyed voice. I was friendly the whole interaction while they were quite nasty and I would have not minded at all if they told me initially they did not know how long it would take. This is just the most recent interaction that prompted his review but it is from from the only bad experience and i would not even say this is the worst one from this taco bell location. Never have had issues with taco bell until this place. Don't think I'll come back.
Edit: I have never received my order correctly even when ordering through the app(which is what i usually do). There is always at least one PAID item missing.    Read moreI know that because of short staffing this location at has been closing at whatever time they see whether it's 10:15 10:45 11:45 or some other time before the 2 a.m. closing time that is posted on their website. Because of this I called the location at approximately 11:15 p.m. so that I didn't place an order on the app and pay 4 Emil just to get there to be told that they were closed or are closing. The woman told me that no they would be open until 2 a.m. the following morning when I had called but when I showed up 30 minutes later to pick up my order the gentleman at the speaker told me that they were actually closed due to short staffing which I totally understand because it is hard to find Reliable workers right now. The reason I'm leaving a one-star review is because the woman that I spoke to just a half hour earlier had told me that they would be open until 2 a.m. and assured me that that was the time that they were closing. Now because I've already ordered and now had to cancel my order I have to wait 2 to 3 business days to get my money back from now order and of course it is the day before Payday for me so it was pretty much the last of my money. I think it's pretty and unprofessional 2 not be able to call place of business and ask them what time they close for them to blatantly lie to you about they're closing time.
