Wendy's — Restaurant in Nashua

I've been to this location 3 times in the past month or so. My order is not difficult. Baked potato with butter and bacon. That's all, just BUTTER AND BACON!

1st visit- person preparing orders asks the cashier not once, not twice but 3 times, "what kind of baked potato?"

Cashier : "with just butter and bacon." Preparer: "yeah but what kind?" Cashier: "what do you mean? Butter and bacon!" Preparer: "but what kind of potato?" Finally I can't hold it in anymore. " I don't know how else you want him to explain this. It's a PLAIN baked potato with only butter and bacon." I get my order and there's NO BUTTER!

2nd visit- used drive thru cause I was short on time and didn't want to run in. Baked potato is missing from order.

3rd time, just now, cashier asks me " how many pieces of bacon do you want on the potato?" Me: "I've never been asked that before but I guess 3 is fine." I get order and this time there is NO BUTTER OR BACON!!"

The receipt clearly states baked potato with butter and 3 pieces of bacon. This is not hard. The manager then proceeds to correct the cashier and telling him how he should have entered it into the system. I said " don't yell at him! He did it right. It's very clear how it's supposed to be made."

Do yourself a favor, avoid this Wendy's. Go to exit 6, broad street. Never have an...

Worst service ever! I wish I could rank them a zero. I cant believe how bad this place is even open. We were in Nashua today for a basketball tournament. Unfortunately,twice today we had to go this place.. The First time I sat in line for 10 minutes with lots of cars waiting behind me. I got out of my vehicle and rang the buzzer on the drive they speaker. No one ever answered the intercom so I decided to toot my horn for awhile. Still no response. Finally I just drove up the the drive though complained . Told them there were 10 care behind me. Didn't seem to care and just said sorry. The second time was tonight and The service was even worse. Again, same situation. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru, rang the buzzer on the speaker and no response. This time there were several cars in front of me. I got out of line, parked the car and went inside to order and no one person was behind the counter. Watched 4 people get put of line and leave and finally a guy in back came to the register and he apologized. I said that's not acceptable and this was the worse Wendy's I have ever been to! I tried their breakfast menu items for the first time. Got the bacon cheese on english muffin and the "pull apart" Cinnabon things. The english muffin wasn't even toasted. It was just raw, and dry. The bacon was stringy and overcooked. The whole sandwich was awful. The Cinnabon thing was not soft and fluffy and filled with cinnamon like you get at the Cinnabon. There was very little cinnamon gooeyness and the whole thing was dry and dense like a hockey puck. The little smattering of questionable-looking glaze was not like Cinnabon's. It wasn't frosting-like but more like a thick mucus-like glaze with no cream cheese like you get with a Cinnabon's rolls. I've had Wendy's single cheese burger and that is decent, but I will never order breakfast there again. It was really disgusting and expensive at nearly $9.00, especially since I only got the breakfast sandwich and not the whole meal (which is pictured with soda pop on the menu; really? Who drinks pop for breakfast? GROSS. Who is Wendy's hiring to create their menus?). Zero stars if I could....
