Starbucks — Restaurant in Nashua

I am not normally one to complain especially with what is going on in the world right now but I have to say I'm disappointed with Starbucks today. Since it is only the drive-thru that is open takes between 30 to 45 mins before you can even order with the line you sit in. I'm always patient and I was waiting in line about 20 mins before they closed at 5:00 pm but was not able to place an order because other orders before me took so long. As good business I feel that they should at least take care of the customers that were waiting so long already and/or at least put a sign/cone behind the last vehicle they plan on serving for the day so others aren't sitting for so long and leave upset and disappointed. Walked in today to get a couple drinks while waiting for Verizon to situate my phones. I walked up to the counter and waited to be greeted while I made my selection. There were at least 4 employees behind the counter and no one bothered to acknowledge me. No big deal maybe they were busy but I was the only customer there. They were having their own conversation very loudly. When I was finally asked what I wanted. The employee quickly cut me off mid sentence to reply to a comment on the conversation being had! We visit this starbucks on the way to work almost every day. This is the quickest and most organized starbucks we have ever been to. Today we went inside because the driver thru line was so long. When we went in, we ordered and were told that the pos system was down. The crew of four was juggling all the cars in the drive thru line plus the handful of people inside, all while trying to lock the doors and inform other customers coming in that they were having technical issues. I'm sorry we didn't get the names of the whole team but they were awesome!!! BEST STARBUCKS TEAM EVER!!!! We will definitely continue to frequent this Starbucks.
