I've received good customer service except yesterday: extremely rude cashier. I purchased 4 towels, small bathroom rugs, toothbrush holders, soap holder, trash bin, and a frying pan. She put everything in couple bags without even bothering folding the towels or rugs (soft rugs made of fabric): everything was threwn in bags like trush :-(( She dropped toothbrush holders, soap holder and the frying pan on the top of everything without separating those items or protecting with a piece of paper. I called the management and they just said that today they are busy because two cashiers called out sick but never received an apology even from the management. It sounded more like they are busy so...

What can truly be said about Home Goods that you don't already know? It's the only place I know where you can get a costume for your pet, Stroopewaffles and a sculpture of dumbbells in one trip. It's easy to say "I'm only going in for sheets" and still walk out with a Lemon Lamp, and a piece of art that really speaks to the complexity of plaster art.

Usually this store has fantastic selections, but they're pretty much picked over now and it shows. This is the first time in a long time that I've walked out of there with nothing, so I was a bit disappointed. The prices are reasonable if you can find anything.
