Wrap City — Restaurant in Nashua

I wanted to share a thank you with the team. I ordered through door dash as I work in a salon and its the Friday before Christmas so eating is usually a fly by the seat of my pants situation. by the time I noticed my order was missing I saw it stated my dasher was still waiting to pick up and it had been hours. I contacted the store and the person I spoke with checked with her entire team let me know what they knew on their end and were extremely apologetic and stated if I ordered again it would obviously be remade. I situated with door dash and reordered because their sandwiches are so good and I was excited. When the new dasher arrived they even stated the Wrap City team updated them on what had happened and asked them to share how bad they felt with me and added an extra something in my order to make up for the mix up. Mind you this was not even their fault. You never see good reviews after a bad situation and I know I'd be happy to see this for my business so I thought I'd share my appreciation the best way a business would love it. I went to pick up a delivery order at this place, the reason why I gave it 1 star is because when I went to pick up the order online, I asked a girl with glasses that I needed to use the bathroom and she told me to confirm the order first and I told her that I would not confirm the order because time starts running out for me, and the customer would think that I am driving around with this order, so which she told me you can confirm it and go to the bathroom of the subway that is next door (the bathroom was someone using it at that moment) to which I refused and wait for the person to come out. After 2 minutes I was able to use the bathroom and when I came out the girl was in the back, there was a tall thin guyy who I asked her name and with a scared face he told me that I couldn't. Seriously, this is the way they treat employees and they also want to treat the people who bring them their orders that they order online. If I decided to eat at this place I would refuse even if I were starving, that's not how they treat people who may be their clients...

Small sandwich on small bread not grilled like it should be with butter and crispy, just lightly toasted. Small portions of beef for the price. I can buy bread and meat from hannaford and make 5 of these for the price and they will be better. I put all of the meat in half of the bread. I ate leftovers after that to fill me up because portions were too small. It's pretty much the size of my junior high school lunch sandwich I bought for 75 cents. In the last picture I have all of the meat in half the sandwich which is a legit amount of meat and I will properly grill it at home - crispy with fat in the pan. When you try and skimp the customer it never works out in the long run. I weighed the beef only and it was exactly 100 grams which is about 3.5 ounces or .21 pounds. That is a small portion for the price with chips. Restaurants will serve chips instead of fries because it is cheaper and easier, but the customer will choose fries 99%...
