Antioch's Deli — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I remember when this place first open it was doing good business and serving good food and a lot of people came there because it was new to the area and the food was very reasonable and you got what your money was worth. I went there the other day and ordered the same thing that I normally get which is a cheesesteak and six wings and I was surprised to see that they have cut down on the meat on the cheesesteak they gave more meat on one half and the other half was just bread and the chicken wings were so small they needed to let that chicken live longer so that he can get adult size because those wings were way too small. I know during covid data lot of restaurants increase their prices and I can understand but if I'm going to pay 4 my regular order I want it to be right even if the price went up a little bit and they are definitely not living up to their standards when they first open. It's open late and not too many people open so people will keep coming but don't be disappointed with the quantity and quality of the food...

My family and I wanted to give this place a try. My family was here from out of town. The staff here is extremely rude. My family members were asking questions about items on the menu and the cashier had a major attitude as if she did not like her job. Prior to coming in to the restaurant I called twice and I was immediately told to hold and was hung up on purposely because they were busy. I told the staff that they were missing out. We had a huge order, but did not order due to them being extremely rude and unprofessional. I refuse to help support a business that is not customer friendly. They will not be getting my money. I always wait until I got a few times before giving a rating the first time I went o didn't have good experience the own had to end up giving me my next meal free I waited way longer than what they told me. People that came in after me and actually placed an order got their food before I did. Then when I finally got my order half of it was wrong. So they tried to sat my food aside that was right to try to wait on the other food to get done. I asked him if they could remake the whole order because that food would be cold and he offered to replace my next meal for free. I been back 4 times since then and food and service...
