Update 12/21 - This is the most ridiculous place I've ever come to and today will be my last visit and I will be writing corporate whoever owns this franchise will go bankrupt with the employees and apparently a manager who is too incompetent to make sure they order enough food! It's Sunday and 9:30am dining room closed, no biscuits, no ice coffee. Come on do they just come in when they feel like it? This is a common occurrence at least 4 times a week. I'm done and way over it. Bad business. Advertising for new management would be what I'd be doing as the owner. Update 12/19/24 - This place is ridiculous and goes totally against their own motto "have it your way" go to get breakfast of course the dinning room was closed so waited in drive thru for 7-8 minutes. The issue i wanted to add lettuce to my breakfast sandwich and they said they don't have produce during breakfast hours. š¤ I don't know if upper management ever looks at these reviews but they need to figure out what is going on with this location. Also, why wouldn't you have any produce? People like tomatoes on their sausage biscuits or on the side with biscuits and gravy. Why would it be so hard to go get a little lettuce? That's the way I want it. False advertisement? There's one lady who works there from open until 2pm and she is the friendliest person there however I will just go across the street to McDonald's who's dinning room is open and will also put what I want on my food. If I'm paying $7-8 for food every morning I should be able to get what I want. It's getting to the point I'm going to call corporate just for the simple fact of their slogan have it your way, wish is a lie at least during breakfast hours. I'm not fond of McDonald's food but at least I'm treated well and no issues with what I want.

Their competition always cold, ho hum, expensive, need two to get full and they don't even taste that good but Burger King, I get full off of one and crispy hot tasty fish filet is perfect every time and at this location, the workers are super nice, younger black girl at the window was so nice and said it be a few minutes cuz they make it fresh . She wasn't in any hurry to push me through the line and then she handed me that sandwich with a cheerful smile. That means a lot to me, I'm a white man and sometimes at fast food places Im treated with racial bias. Not this place, not at all. If people start treating everyone without racial bias, the world would be a better place. I was impressed ššššÆšŖ. I give the a perfect 10 for all the way around. You need to give the girl at the window a raise. It's Sunday morning 4-7-24 and she worked Sunday morning. It's the way she treated me with respect that will bring me back countless times. Only thing I ask is. Back in 2010, burger king used to make a Cilantro and lime fish sandwich and it was the best I ever had. I went to the drive thru and order two plan croissant add cheese, Brittany my cashier had a attitude on top of that took my order incorrectly. Instead of charging me 0.99 a piece for two plan croissant and 0.30 a piece for two slices of cheese, she charged me 6.38 for two plan croissants. I told the manager Vernon Barker what I had order and he told me I was wrong until I got out the car and went inside and place a separate order to show him he cheated me out my money. Vernon barker realize his cashier made a mistake and apologize but did not treat it like a refund instead he open the register and pull out two dollars and tried to pass it to me with the original receipt. I told no you need to put the money back on my card I didn't pay with cash. That made him go into register to void that transaction, which I think he was trying to avoid. But anyway I got most it on camera and a lot of the workers being rude and unprofessional towards me. Sad day for...
