Girl answered the phone and I asked if it was possible to call me when they arrived at the gate. She told me they don’t deliver there even though the website pushed the order to their store two miles away. I said okay I just wanted to- and she kept telling me it’s out of their circle. I listened and said okay I just wanted to know- and she got snippy and said well if you would just stop talking and let me speak I could tell you. She then kept going on about the delivery circle. I was attempting to ask how long it would be for carry out, as I fully comprehended her point the first time that they wouldn’t deliver to us. That’s the problem when you are an angry person who is rude and allowed to answer phones for customer inquiries, you miss the entire point of the conversation. We run a business and needed five pies at noon and six at five pm the next seven days due to the large staff and heavy workload. The phone disconnected magically and two minutes later my order was canceled on me via text. We got papa johns instead and will always do that because they aren’t consistently nasty. Second time someone has had an issue with her at the store. I called because the teen who called last time was hung up on. Now I understand after speaking to the dominos worker. We just wanted pizza, we make it a point to be extra polite, but that worker is determined to be miserable and deny business for her...
Read moreSuch a shame that I have to leave even one star just to leave a review. This place has messed up both of the delivery orders I've had with them. They won't even return my calls and emails about the issue now- just blatantly ignoring me. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else, because this place is terrible.
I placed a delivery order worth another $50 online a week ago and was called about ten minutes after. They said that it would be two hours before they could get it to us. I said that was fine with me and we could wait for it. The person said, "So you want to cancel your order??" to which I again said, "No, we're fine with waiting." Before hanging up, I could hear the employee cussing about us not canceling the order. Two hours later when the food arrived, my pizza was not what I had ordered- it was covered in mushrooms which I am allergic to, thus could not eat. To this day, neither this store or anyone else has returned my contact to have a refund processed. I emailed their customer support asking for a refund of just the single pizza, but have heard nothing back.
Stay away from this location if you know what's good for you! The entire Domino's chain has lost me as a customer for life after the way they've handled...
Read moreOrdered at 3:45pm to make sure we avoided the dinner rush. Paid for it via the app. Delivery said 33-43mins initially. At 4pm we received the notification it was quality checked. The track time got down to 20mins. Then went back up to 90mins. So at 5pm I called and asked for Anthony. Anthony told me he only had 2 drivers and all the orders came in at once. That he was doing all he could. I asked how long our food was going to be sitting there getting cold. He said another 40mins. I explained that that would then be 2hrs of our food sitting on a counter. We had salad, pizza, and a sandwich. He then said he didn't really get the quality check at 4pm. He explained it was more like 430pm. But it would be another 40min before it was delivered. I explained that it would then be 2 full hours since the quality check notification. He didn't offer to remake the pizza, or really didn't offer any resolution. I cancelled my order rather than wait another hour for cold food and possible food poison. Not to mention if he really did have the quality check sent at 4pm but didn't "actually" do it until 430pm, the trust was lost around here. Let's hope my refund gets added cause he was super short with me...
