I understand that being in the Food Service Industry can be hectic. I know I work in Grocery Retail. However, if you are short staffed, with only one skinny Caucasian guy with dark Rag Mop Hair with no Hairnet on, while he's down one Associate, their needs to be better improvement on either Staffing, Customer Service Skills, Pay/Benefits, and Cleaning the location of a Pizza Chain. I first walk in with a couple, along with their Child, as I walk in, I am waiting 5 mins to finally be approached, because I know that he's multitasking and doing what he can to fulfill orders. Secondly, he finally says, "What can I help you with?" To my astonishment and assuming that at first he had charm with his customer service skills, he then realizes that the order was not finished in frustration. Finally, a third gentleman with a Red Beard is also waiting patiently as I and the other Couple/Child were waiting on their order. As he walks up with my order to the counter, he looks at me straight in the face, purses back his lips, and then I say thank you, without so much as an apology, for an 11 minute delay on the order. Yet, he had no problem telling the other customer that he was sorry and short by one person, when he could have told all four of us about there being a delay. It's not even about a free pizza, considering it was earned from $50 in gift cards. It's about keeping good Customers, so they can return again, not by being unfairly rude/dismissive/cold to them after they are patiently/empathizing your situation, due to those who choose not to work, while you are putting fires out. It's not the Customers fault or problem if you are unable to be more organized or have personal issues. Domino's needs better training/organization, associates, and perhaps with understaffing issues, and schedule your employees to clock in early before business hours to open for customers. Read moreWill not be ordering from this place again. My story is similar to everyone else. Extremely long wait for delivery and my apartment is only 5 minutes from the store. But I never got my food. Every time I tried to track my order on the app is was still being "quality checked" by the manager Michael. I tried to call twice, at 1 hour and 30 minutes after my order was placed and then 1 hour and 45 minutes after I placed my order, both times the phone had an automated answer that said my order was out for delivery. 2 hours after my order was placed I called again and someone answered was very rude about how he was speaking and when I said I was looking for my delivery he said " you gone have to come get that" and didn't offer any other solution. So I asked for the manager who answered with "what's the problem" didn't introduce himself or anything . So I asked if he was Michael the manager and he said "yeah so what?" I won't continue with the long details of my conversation with him but he was beyond rude, never tried to offer a solution and just kept blaming it on someone else for only giving him one driver. I don't know who is supposed.to be responsible for this store but the evening manager named Michael needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. Read moreNot sure what is taking place in this restaurant. I can tell that the management is different in quality of food and service. I order at least once a week. Today I tried to order in line to get the 50% off . I placed the order and even placed my credit card on line then it went to put of I don't know. So I tried to retrieve the order I placed and it didn't pull it up. I thought at this point I would call the restaurant to order like I always do. I told the guy that mumble his name to me what had happened. Totally excused it and said what can I get for you. I asked him to check to make sure he didn't already get the online order and he said I didn't see anything. So this is the case because I was charged only once. I know this because my bank will notify me after each transaction. I got my order 40 minutes later and I asked for a Brooklyn cut and got a medium size pizza cut in three pieces. Not a good experience at all this time. The guy even said I forgot to charge you a delivery fee and my bill was still $17.47. Not sure why. #verydisappointed #beselective...
