Being from out of state, I chose this jeweler based on its 5 star review. I walked in asking to repair a broken chain on a favorite necklace. And there in front of me appears “Gran Torino” who fixed my necklace on the spot for a very reasonable price. We chatted for a long while with both of them. We just happened to to ask about adding a diamond to my wedding ring; a promise I was determined to help my husband keep! I received over the top advice, education and attention. I grew to trust both the associate Mannie and Guy, the jeweler. Each respected the other and worked together to give me top quality diamond choices ( even going to their other store to bring said gems to me in Nashville). Mannie was prompt in communicating. Guy was expedient, skilled and blew us away with how it turned out. I added a 5 pt diamond and wow did it POP!! We just got the kindest care and attention. They did not transport my ring rather they locked it in a safe. They have high security throughout the building. I could not be happier!...
