If I could give this 0 I would. The only decent thing about this place is the person at the window. I keep trying to give this place a second chance and Iām officially done with this place. I seriously donāt even know how theyāre in business still because o know damn well Iām not the only person this keeps happening to when itās THIS FREQUENT. I have been a total of five times and Iām not kidding when I say they have either given me the wrong drink or they did not made my drink correct whatsoever. I donāt know if they just donāt care about their jobs or what but now Iām out of $6.50 and I have an undrinkable drink. Iām incredibly annoyed, all I wanted was a matcha. I gave the women direct instructions. āCould I please get a medium iced matched with strawberry syrup ON THE BOTTOM, DONT MIX, with COLD FOAM ON TOP. What do I have now. I have a mixed strawberry drink that tastes nothing like matcha now just pure strawberry. The point of the strawberry at the bottom is so I can MIX IT MYSELF SO ITS NOT OVERLY SWEET. My hot coffee was LUKEWARM when they handed it to me. I PAID FOR LUKEWARM HOT COFFEE PEOPLE. The employees at the window are not friendly and take forever. Iāve never had a ābadā experience, but theyāre definitely not friendly. Example: They donāt say āIāll be with you in a minuteā or anything! I just sit there for like 5 minutes hoping someone knows Iām there. Every time I go to see if itās better I end up taking one sip and itās just so awful I end up throwing it out. After waiting in the drive thru line for at least 5-10 mins, I get up to the order kiosk and nobody says anything to me for at least 10 mins. Several people in line ended up getting fed up with the wait and drove off. I was committed at that point though. Eventually someone came on and told me to just pull up to the window where they proceeded to take my order. Another 15 mins go by before I received my order. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the older women staff was being pretty rude to a younger gentleman working who was clearly new. I saw him ask her questions several times and she straight up ignored him. And when my ONE croissant that I ordered was ready she practically threw it at me and said āhere you go.ā No, āSo sorry for the waitā or anything. New management is CLEARLY needed here. 30+ minutes for a latte and a croissant...
