If I could give this 0 I would. The only decent thing about this place is the person at the window. I keep trying to give this place a second chance and I’m officially done with this place. I seriously don’t even know how they’re in business still because o know damn well I’m not the only person this keeps happening to when it’s THIS FREQUENT. I have been a total of five times and I’m not kidding when I say they have either given me the wrong drink or they did not made my drink correct whatsoever. I don’t know if they just don’t care about their jobs or what but now I’m out of $6.50 and I have an undrinkable drink. I’m incredibly annoyed, all I wanted was a matcha. I gave the women direct instructions. “Could I please get a medium iced matched with strawberry syrup ON THE BOTTOM, DONT MIX, with COLD FOAM ON TOP. What do I have now. I have a mixed strawberry drink that tastes nothing like matcha now just pure strawberry. The point of the strawberry at the bottom is so I can MIX IT MYSELF SO ITS NOT OVERLY SWEET. What I got vs what I clearly told the lady to do. Jesus Christ. And I got NO COLD FOAM WHICH I VERY CLEARLY ASKED FOR. DO YALL NOT CARE?? Read moreIt is so unfortunate to have such an awful Dunkin less than 5 minutes from my house. I tired it again today hoping they got a new manager… they did not. My hot coffee was LUKEWARM when they handed it to me. I PAID FOR LUKEWARM HOT COFFEE PEOPLE. The employees at the window are not friendly and take forever. I’ve never had a “bad” experience, but they’re definitely not friendly. Example: They don’t say “I’ll be with you in a minute” or anything! I just sit there for like 5 minutes hoping someone knows I’m there. Every time I go to see if it’s better I end up taking one sip and it’s just so awful I end up throwing it out. And im a cheap person so that’s saying something. Honestly, the lack of barista and customer service training is Astounding. Read moreThis location is going downhill fast. Came to this location at around 11:30 am on Sunday. After waiting in the drive thru line for at least 5-10 mins, I get up to the order kiosk and nobody says anything to me for at least 10 mins. Several people in line ended up getting fed up with the wait and drove off. I was committed at that point though. Eventually someone came on and told me to just pull up to the window where they proceeded to take my order. Another 15 mins go by before I received my order. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the older women staff was being pretty rude to a younger gentleman working who was clearly new. I saw him ask her questions several times and she straight up ignored him. And when my ONE croissant that I ordered was ready she practically threw it at me and said “here you go.” No, “So sorry for the wait” or anything.
