The UPS Store — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Disorganized, unprofessional business. Incompetence and rudeness characterize the company culture. I was treated as a burden despite spending over $50 for terrible service. I was ignored despite there being no line. However, when new customers came in I was skipped over. I regret going there and will never visit again.

Update: UPS keeps getting worse. UPS is full on incompetent idiots who are rude and unhelpful. I have been using this ups location since they opened. In addition to top shelf service ALWAYS it is one of the friendliest service providers in Nashville. The folks there hustle to get u in and out as efficiently as possible and go out of their way to make sure u get what u need and came for. Recently I needed to shred about 16 large boxes of sensitive materials. I chose to go to David’s UPS store because I trust them and have high confidence that my documents would remain locked and secure until they were picked up by the shredding company. I have dealt with UPS Stores before, and the one located on Old Hickory Blvd. in Brentwood is super nice and I do business there all of the time with the owner and Manager. Also the UPS location in Mill Creek near Nolensville Rd/Concord Rd. is fantastic, but THIS location on Harding Rd in Belle Meade is unprofessional and the Manager/owner is not one I would like to do business with in the future.
