Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

There have been very few times that this place has gotten people's orders out in a timely manner. Ever since they started doing mobile orders, the people in store trying to order have suffered the consequences. There are students ordering here that have classes that they need to get to. And it wouldn't be a problem if the mobile ordering was actually effective, but it's not. If anything, it's doubled the wait time and made it even harder to get something to eat before classes. Not to mention, the mobile ordering doesn't even let you customize your order, you have to order named items or nothing at all. And on top of all of that, the employees neglect customers and mess up orders all the time. My girlfriend has ordered there on three different occasions and they've managed to put the wrong meats and cheese on her bagel every single time. I would go to this bagel company every Sunday when I was in the Franklin area.
