This place is an absolute joke!!! We order about $30 in food waited over an hour to get it just for it to get and the boneless "wigs" as they tried to call them were burnt and dry with hardly any bbq sauce on them. The salad dressing tasted soured! I called them to tell them i was unhappy with the food and how it tasted and the employee who was a man on the phone first tryed to say they didnt even deliver here and i was like yes you did your guy just left here about 10mins ago and then he all the sudden found it, when i told him the dressing tasted soured and old all he said was "no its not" so i replied well it just tasted sour to which he just kept say no its fresh its fresh , so i just said ok to him and started explaining what was wrong with the "wigs " and how they were very dry and burnt and this man literally argued with me and said "no they are not burnt that . Is just the sauce" and i kept telling him it was not and that we just wanted our money back because this meal that we waited over an hour for was not even edible and we would even bring it back down there to them to which the employees replies that "maybe it was just my taste that people do not complain about there food and he could bot help me" i said there is no way i am the first person in the history of them being open that had a compliant about their food and he actually told me yes!!!! I would not recommended this nasty little rude whole inn the wall place to any one unless you like getting screwed over. And whats even sadder is that in the beginning when he asked for my address i explained to him that i was new to this area because im a cancer patient fixing to go through a transplant and had to find the address for him.... but regardless no one should be treated this way and thats basically $30 they ripped me off of me and I got an empty stomach in return and a rude man on the other line..... this place should be shut done just for lack of respect for there...

I have ordered from them several times, just about evey two weeks, with order totaling $20 or more each time and was satisifed. But tonight I ordered for just me, and I am not satisifed. I placed my order for a Chili Cheeseburger, stuffed jalapenos, and a 2 liter sprite. They brought my order, but no drink. I contacted slice via email requesting a refund for the drink. Then I opened my plate and my burger was not right. It was a cheese burger with onions, lettuce, tomoatoes and pickles on it. THATs not what I ordered. So then I called slice and they tell me the restaurant wants to talk to me, I call them and they proceed to tell me, they will discount my next order 60%. Who said there will be a next order and how would you remember? I told them, I am not looking for a discount sir, I paid for what I wanted and if I cant get what I paid for, then REFUND me for it. I am hungry, what is a discount going to do for me RIGHT NOW in this moment. I dont want a CHEESBURGER with all that stuff on it, if I did, I would have ordered that, one would think. Thus this review. No refund, no food, they said thank you and good bye and they came back and left the 2 liter drink hanging on the door handle outside where ANY one could steal it. If I did order from there ever again, I dont want or need a discount, I just want what I order and pay for. Had food delivered to hotel, ordered online eta hour and ten mins later. Paid for tip, food and delivery charge up front good thing because I would of not paid at all they didn’t give me my whole order then I called and get argued with telling I didn’t order that and the I questioned the price and he said sorry I get it mad and sent over but we was starving and didn’t want to wait any longer I ask for a refund for the food and a discount they said I gotta talk to the manager and call you back well...... I called hour later and they said we will refund you 11 dollars so only the amount for the food.
