Hardee’s — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Since people like to say stuff to get others in trouble for no reason I would like to sit things straight for a few reviews on here. 1st make sure you have the right location before you leave a review because allot are for a different hardee's you can tell by the pictures. 2nd if you're going to by just mad at your self don't even bother coming to a location. 3rd Monique Burton you asked for fresh tenders and they weren't the size of your pinkie and you wanted double fries. When handed the tenders you just opened the box and handed it back demanding a refund. Crew person told manager and manager got refund and then said if you don't mind me asking why did you want a refund. And you hatefully said I came here twice and my fries are on my tenders. Never once did you say can you please bag my fries separate like it was going to be an issue. When any one other customer or employee can tell you if you getting a 5 peice (I don't care what some people say they are not McDonald's chicken nuggets)with 3 sauce and double large fries and toast it's going to be crowded. I guess the people on front should of used the fingers to move the stuff around. 4th make people waste food on purpose....

Visited and ordered one of the new menu items - some bacon/cheese burger with onion rings and barbecue sauce on it. The service wasn't particularly bad, though it certainly wasn't the best - short and to the point without the usual greetings and friendliness you would normally expect, but I honestly don't mind it.

The major issue I ran into was that the burger I received was barely warm, and the onion rings put on it were not only hard as rock and barely edible, but when I bit into one of them, I tasted mold, as though they weren't being stored/ refrigerated properly, or were past their expiration date. The patty itself seemed to have also been either overcooked, or left out for far too long like the onion rings (I don't want to make any assumptions, but when I worked in fast food myself, this sort of thing typically happened because the timers were being reset and old food wasn't being thrown out and rotated when it was supposed to have been). I ended up throwing the rest of it away.

I've been going to this Hardee's location for quite awhile. This is a very well managed Hardees. One of the things that keeps me returning to this location is it is always very clean, sanitary, and well organized. The tables and seats are always clean, the trash cans are never overflowing, and there is no clutter. The windows are clean. Even the entire parking lot is completely free from litter (amazing). And the restroom is always clean and sanitary. The manager apparently is onsite everyday -- I always see her and she remembers me, and the special way I order my burger. The food is always good, fresh, and warm. The manager is very friendly, and very clearly takes pride in her work. Her staff all have good attitudes and are helpful and friendly. I've been to hundreds of fast food restaurants over the years and this one stands out. That's why I keep going back to this particular location.
