I went into the main lobby/ inside eating area after walking about 45 minutes.(My ride had kicked me out of his car,) I had no money at the time,it was about 85° outside, all of this while I am just now getting into my 9th month being pregnant. All I asked for was a cup of ice water because I felt like I was about to pass out, the cashier was extremely rude to me as she informed me that they are not able to just give out water anymore for free because the cups cost money. She told me that my total was a 1.30$, for a freaking cup of water!!!! In shock, being hormonal, and covered in sweat on the verge of fainting all reasoning went out the window as I asked for her Manager. The manager proceeded to tell me the same exact bullshit and I stormed out of there completely disgusted with the two female employees who were not able to even remotely try to understand where I was coming from not being able to afford the water at the time but also the lack of human decency to help when I clearly had needed it!!! To make the whole issue better was that two days later me my husband and father went back to get some lunch and was given not one not two but three cups of free water two were for our dogs and the other one was for me and I was even more frustrated with the two employees whom I had dealt with that day because now that I had money it was not a problem anymore! I had felt like they had labeled me when I first walked in assuming I was homeless or something and they were automatically trying to avoid serving me or even having me in the...
Read moreThe excellent staff! That's enough said, BUT this is a review so I'll elaborate... While ordering food I asked for a taco with beans instead of beef- he actually asked me crunchy or soft since I absently forgot to say, then I ordered 2 bean burritos fresco style he actually was courteous enough to ask about the cheese I'd left on the taco... I absolutely thanked him for asking as this is NOT the normal experience when I have visited other Taco Bell locations. I do normally eat vegan or plant based, but today I was splurging and opted to leave the cheese as I'm on vacation, BUT the thought behind actually asking for clarification says a great deal about the attention to detail this location/manager has for customers specific order needs. Additionally, there appeared to be a new employee training on the front register and the attitude and character of interaction between this manager and the new employee was VERY attentive, kind, and professional when he was asking questions. Very respectable approach to management and training. The food was above most of my Taco Bell experience expectations. Adequately dressed taco, nachos (my son ordered), and burritos filled without overflowing or being skimped, just right. The lobby and restrooms as well as the self serve drink area were all VERY clean. Great service, food, and...
Read moreLet's be honest, The food at all Taco Bell's is a known standard... Not a high quality standard, but a known entity where you can generally go to any location and expect The same food. This location meets that criteria most of the time for food quality. If you're craving Taco Bell, you can get your fix here.
Where we lose The mark for this location though, is service. And the best advice I can provide you if you decide on this location is check your order before leaving and at the very least KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. Of the 3 years I've frequented this location due to geographic convenience, it's more miss than hit whether you get the right order.
However, in defense of their service, the staff is pleasant and the manager does work with you when she can to make sure you get what you ordered... Typically easier than any other fast food chains when you have an issue (looking at you McDonald's).
The inside is typically clean and exactly what you expect when you think taco bell, so nothing to call out there. Parking can be tight when the drive thru backs up as you may get pinned in.
So remember, keep your receipt and double/triple check your order. Park where you won't be blocked in. Be kind to the staff and...
