Little Caesars — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I promise you, I am not a Karen. I work in the service industry. I GET IT. Shortages, so be it. It happens. I ordered online at this store and went to pick up my order for a note to be on the door and lights to be off saying they were closed. Which is FINE. Online ordering should have been turned off but things happen. Called to receive a refund on my almost $40 order and was told that my order wasn't received, was already refunded, and that I had picked up the order and the GM handed it to me himself with free bread. I have NEVER set foot in this store, never received the order, and was treated like I was the enemy for even trying to get my money back. Customer service here is terrible. I guess long story short, don't visit this store if you don't have to. Terrible,...

The only positive about this place is that you usually end up with a decently fresh pizza. I always have to stand around and wait for the pizza, which I don't generally mind, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Whether day crew or night crew, I've never had a single crew member actually engage with me. One time, I was there when a woman witnessed, and complained about, the staff not wearing gloves to prepare her pizza. I thought it was just a juvenile mistake and the manager told the young man to wash his hands and get gloves. I go back there tonight and watched in horror as my own pizza was handled with bare hands. Obviously sanitation is NOT a priority at this establishment. I will be purchasing my pizza elsewhere...

During grand opening I stopped by on a Sunday and ordered wings and a stuffed crust pizza. They told me the wait was about 15 minutes. That's totally fine. I sat down and waited until my order was done. No joke..... An employee walks past me with a clear cup and walks into the bathroom next to the chairs I waited at. She comes out about 5 minutes later with a cup full of urine and walks directly into the kitchen. What makes it more odd is that as soon as the urine was in the kitchen my food was done.
