I'm updating my 1 star review from a year ago... I originally had some issues with this location, and those issues persisted for awhile, but the owner eventually reached out to me and we had a good chat about the problems they were experiencing. I admit that I have stopped utilizing the delivery service so I can't say whether that has improved or not, but I can say with confidence that the drive-thru experience at this location is immensely improved. My order is always done right, handed off quickly with a smile, and they even give my canine friend a treat every now and again. There's one particular gentleman that seems to work the window a lot and he is very fast and friendly. Store is open until 10:00 per Google and your website. Went to drive through at 9:45, no answer. Parked car and went to door. Locked. Went back to drive through, employee- “Can I help you?”. I started to order, interrupted, “We’re closed”. I responded “Oh, I’m sorry” with an aggravated “Man, Damn” said back to me.
I am a regular customer who comes 2-3 times a week. Typically 9:30-9:45 due to medical nature of my job. Tonight’s experience was enough for me to say adios. Read moreNormally I've experienced great service and friendly staff, however I have never experienced such a horrible drive thru and customer service until now. While waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru several people in front of me left because they were not being served. I was able to immediately order as soon as I drove up. However, once I got home I realized I was not given the correct order, nor was the receipt. To make a long story short I drove back to the store, told them the problem, they told me the order was correct and they could not do anything except charge me for another sandwich.
