The disconnect between their "delivery" and actual reality is absurd. Never, never, order delivery from these folks. Especially, if you are ordering for a crew of people to eat. You place your order on the Little Ceasars website, and you get an email telling you that your order will be delivered at a certain time from both Little Ceasars and DoorDash. No problem! After that times passes, and your hungry crew is standing around looking at each other wondering where lunch is, and you give them a call wondering where your order is, you'll get a random rambling list of goofy excuses that make no sense. The first person will tell you they don't have an order from you even when you have the emails to prove it. They told me that, "It must've went to another store!" when the confirmation email has their address and phone number on it. Then, when they try to pass the phone off to the manager because they can't run the computer in front of them, the manager hangs up the phone before even listening to the issue! After driving to the location and confronting the manager in person, you find out that your order has been in the system the entire time. The site apparently accepts orders before the store officially opens, and your order will be promptly ignored.
Corporate needs to do something about this problem. Little Ceasars blames DoorDash, and DoorDash blames Little Ceasars. Thing is, the money is taken by Little Ceasars, so LITTLE CEASARS is the one that gets the bad reviews! Little Ceasars is the company that loses business because of how terrible the customer experience is. Management that hangs up the phone before even trying to listen to the problem shouldn't be management!

Read moreI don’t lightly give 1 star reviews. This 1 star review isn’t based on a single visit. This review is based off of 4 interactions because I enjoy the food and I’m an optimist. Three times I door dashed from this location and the order was wrong. Easy to blame the dashers I suppose, missing drinks and dips each time. The last time I drove there after placing an online order for pickup. This was my experience: Parking lot was packed, there is some kind of flea market that sets up in the parking lot and there’s multiple businesses surrounding this location, so good luck. I arrived to pick up my order and it wasn’t in the portal, the employees kept trying to give me another customers order and kept insisting that the order for “Miguel xxxxxx” was for me. It wasn’t. After that back and forth they finally agreed to make my order. Roughly 30 minutes later my food still wasn’t prepared, and as I was standing in there a delivery driver rushed in and handed a box to the employee and was saying something to him, I don’t know what, I don’t speak Spanish :(. The employee then, box in hand, hands me the pizza with my name on it. That delivery driver accidentally took my order instead of Miguel xxxxx order. So the portals are coded so they are supposed to be opened by whoever ordered the pizza but somehow the driver got my order and little ceasers refused to give me another pizza because mine was now there. Even though it was now cold and had been on an adventure in another persons vehicle for more than half an hour. In summary, if you want Little Ceasers, try any other location...
Read moreUpdate - 11/30/2018- I previously gave as poor a review, however, today was a breath of fresh air. Completely different crew working and THEY WERE WORKING! Also, the place appeared to be mid-remodel. Everyone was very friendly and the place was packed. Had to wait about 10 minutes, but I don't mind doing that when I can see how hard everyone is working. I think it's safe to return here! Go out of your way to go to another spot. I've gone here twice now. Both times, the employees were using it as a hang out spot. They were doing nothing but socializing, using profanity (in the presence of my 4 year old), talking on their cell phones, and just goofing off. This last time, they left me sitting there for 30 minutes. Apparently, they didn't have any sauce, but no one bothered to tell me anything. And when I asked "does it usually take 30 minutes", that's when I was told. I then heard the "manager", and I use that term loosely, that the employee handled that well. I was walking out the door and heard that. I said it was not handled well at all and one of them let out a huge cackle type laugh, mocking me. These people couldn't care less about their jobs...
