We had supreme tlayudas. We are from Oaxacan descent. We are so disappointed. The supreme Tlayuda was far from being Supreme. One, it was missing Quesillo. The quesillo is the trade mark of Oaxaca Mexico. The supreme is to have the chorizo, cecina, and adobada. When you eat one of these true tlayudas, you can usually finish half of one. At the end we were told that they had run out of Quesillo, but actually they were so mediocre. What is worst I brought some friends to eat and impress.
