DONT GO HERE!! IVE GOTTEN SICK TWICE. the tapioca boba was rotten twice. I went back after a few months, asked the team of they had extra scoops of the tapioca boba, they said yes. After the order was completed they sat my drinks on the counter, and one didn't have any tapioca at all, I asked "oh where's the tapioca in one?" and she got smart with me and said, "you didn't say that, I repeated the order, and I'm not remaking that. " I paid for an extra scoop, even on my receipt it says that, they 'didnt hear me' say which one I asked for, so they put extra of both of the other two toppings instead. I said "well can I have my money back then?" She still had the drinks in her hand, I hadn't even taken them yet, she sat them down and rolled her eyes. I asked for her managers name to speak to, she looked at me and laughed, running to the back to start drama like some immature teenager. Why would anyone have them running the counter?? Bullies on the front line that judge you and scam! I couldn't believe how they were acting, so I did film the last bit of our convo where she admitted I asked for tapioca, and didn't want to remake it. She got angry when she realized I just recorded that, said she couldn't do anything. I said fine I'll take the drinks they won't give me money back for, I said 'well thanks for scamming me' and they said 'youre welcome' and laughed. I'm actually confused on how they're even functioning, the worst experience I ever had in my life. Put a dent in my nice day for sure. Anyways, don't go here unless you want to be treated...
Read moreI really wanted to like them, as I’m looking for a good boba tea place in Nashville and they have so many locations here.
The staff was also extremely friendly and even offered the taste test before calling my order ready — which I really appreciated and no other bubble tea place had actually done it. I ordered the Thai Tea with Boba. When She gave me the taste test, I said the tea isn’t strong enough - it tasted like a watered down version of Thai tea. She fixed it and called my order for pick up. Somehow it still wasn’t strong enough and I thought probably this is their recipe and can’t be fixed further.
The boba was extremely soft which got me taken a back initially because I wasn’t used to that. But it grew on me, as I started getting through my drink. Unfortunately, can’t say the same about the actual Thai tea.
They have reserved parking for their customers right outside, which I loved. I also liked how staff was trying to give an opportunity to customize my drink and were so thoughtful. I just wish their Thai...
Read moreI take my girls (ages 7 and 9) here once a week, and have for nearly a year. We love getting our teas and playing Trouble in their game room. The employees all know us and know the girls’ tea orders. Since going here, we’ve tried: classic, earl grey, Irish breakfast, Thai tea, mango fruit, rose milk, passionfruit, strawberry, taro, pumpkin spice, brown sugar, mocha, pineapple, and wintermelon. We’ve tried all the different bobas and jellies and custards and lychees, too. I’ve tried half sugar, full sugar, and no sugar. We’ve also tried their bubble waffles. We have our favorites, of course (earl grey with boba for me, passion fruit or strawberry with popping boba for the girls) but ALL of them have been yummy! The restaurant is always clean and friendly, too. We love this place and it’s become a Nashville...
