I came here with my child so we could sit down and eat. I got a sandwich out to give my toddler and then I was going to order a beer and food for myself. I was immediately told I couldn’t have out that sandwich because it’s outside food and had to leave or put it away. I obviously left because I’m not going to eat while my child sat hungry. Being that he’s a picky eater I had to get something very specific for him hence the “outside food.” I have worked at several different restaurants across the country and never have we denied a mother from giving her children food that we didn’t sell. Never. It just feels icky that you wouldn’t support a mother and child, especially since traveling is so incredibly stressful with small children. I then walked to the outside of the establishment and stood along a ledge since there was no seating as concourse B is quite crammed. I sat the sandwich on the ledge, that evidently belonged to this brewery, while I got my son situated to eat and was told I had to remove the sandwich. Are you kidding? There was one guy.. ONE guy.. in the whole place. No one was around me. It felt like these servers just wanted to be rude and find something to be negative about. It was very unwelcoming and they need some schooling on customer service. I just hope if they ever have to travel with children, someone shows them the compassion that they chose not to show this...
Read moreMy husband and I are here in our way back home after a work trip. We travel frequently for work and pleasure.
I had a cocktail and he had beer. Both were good, as expected. I had soup and grilled cheese, my spouse had a salad. I thought the soup was pretty good, and my husband was really impressed with the salad!
The best part of the visit was our waiter, Akeem! He is honestly the best airport waiter either of us have experienced (and again, we travel extensively). His friendliness and attention to detail were appreciated! He wasn't pushy but still kept an eye on our table and anticipated our needs. The restaurant is lucky to have an employee like him! He turned an average airport dining experience into an...
Read moreTypical airport food, completely overpriced and not at all worth the money. Service was very nice but we would never eat here again. had to send back some food and should have sent it all back. The Nashville sliders and the barbecue sandwich were both cold, drowning in coleslaw and really not fit to eat. These places take advantage of the fact that you're basically at their Mercy. we will hopefully someday find one decent restaurant in the new Nashville airport. so far it's been 3 Strikes. Last but not least the not-so-subtle emotional blackmail pay at the table first tip option was 25% then 22 than 20. We refuse to be emotionally blackmailed, even when the food...
