Food was a solid 4/5 stars
The staff/service was a bit closer to 0/5 star or maybe more specifically the service should be in the negatives, like you should be paid to have to deal with some of these situations
Atmosphere was alright, nothing unique or special about it
Story TL;DR good food but prepare to wait a long time and potentially be forgotten about along with not getting your money back if the service isn't provided, (the phone number on the receipt for feedback goes to voicemail, will update if I ever get a call from them) if your wait is too long, you might be better off going back to register for refund
Story:
I finished placing my order at 6:08 PM (as per the receipt after payment) and had about an hour until my flight departed. Since this place was closer to the gate, I decided to make a quick stop for a pizza. Typically, airport food like pizza takes around 15 minutes (usually even less) to prepare, so I was willing to wait.
However, after 20 minutes without receiving my food, I checked in again, and they simply told me it was coming, while they continued to fill other orders. Another 10 minutes passed, and I was still waiting. I then received an update that my flight had changed to a different gate, which was more than a 10-minute walk away.
When I inquired again, a staff member informed me that they only had two people working. I have no issue with that, but wouldn’t it be considerate to inform customers of potential wait times, especially if they exceed the usual expectations? I wasn't the only customer experiencing long wait times at that moment.
I have serious doubts that one person's opinion carries much weight or that it will be heard by anyone. However, I sincerely hope that if someone is debating whether to wait for their food to arrive or feels they have limited time, they might consider trying a different place instead. Read moreThe STAFFF is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! I approached the counter and they were cussing loud enough that I heard them. Instead of asking me how to spell my name they put what they wanted. I watched the screen and never saw my name. The young lady put the pizza on the counter and every customer approached the counter opened the box. After waiting for 40 minutes for my pizza I asked when my pizza would be ready. She handed handed me the pizza everyone had opened and looked over. Ask to have it made over or a refund. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of full training at your establishment. Recently, I asked a question about how long will take the food beacause i am late instead of receiving a professional response, she began yelling at me and other customers present.
I believe that it is imperative for all employees to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism when interacting with customers. The behavior exhibited by the prep lady was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful towards myself and other patrons.
This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also tarnishes the image of your company. It is essential for employees to be properly trained in customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
