This place is HORRIBLE! As a true Texan BBQ connoisseur, this establishment could take a few lessons from Houston.

I ordered a chop beef sandwich & it came out looking like a pile of shredded pork. I return the sandwich & informed the clerk that this is pulled pork instead of chopped beef.

The clerk indicated indicated no, it is chop beef. So I ask could you chop it some more because it is inedible!

Instead of going back-and-forth with me - the paying customer, the clerk should have attempted to ask the Chef to please ensure the meat is thoroughly chopped & not just shredded. There was ZERO seasoning & ZERO flavor!

Also, the clerk continued to drink her personal drink in front of the customers, while she was retrieving food from the kitchen & serving customers. That is extremely unprofessional & highly unsanitary!

I will never purchase food from this establishment again! Not to mention that my sandwich was totally dry - without one oz of BBQ sauce!

On the other hand, the Cashier - Jodie, was super super super friendly! She was extremely professional & happy & seemed to actually...

I really wish I had checked the ratings before ordering.

Nashville is known for great barbecue, but Bar-B-Cutie in the A/B Terminal clearly missed that memo. The pulled pork was disappointing..., dry, flavorless, and lacking any hint of smoke or barbecue essence. Honestly, I’ve had better from a grocery store deli.

The mac & cheese didn’t help redeem the meal either. It was bland, overcooked, and just
 not good.

Ironically, the best part of the meal was the coleslaw, which tasted exactly like the pre-made stuff you’d get from Costco. Not terrible, but not exactly a win either.

Airport food can be hit or miss, and unfortunately,...

Thanks to the stupid airline ignoring my daughter's special needs set up we weren't able to go after either and idk when we'll ever be in this airport again. Smh avoid AA they are horrible. To the restaurant, I hope one day we'll get to experience your food đŸ„°đŸ„°đŸ„°

Was wanting to eat here but didn't know until after we arrived it was NOT located anywhere near terminal C 😱 so we weren't able to eat before my daughter's flight. Very disappointing. Fortunately we will be able too after my daughter's return flight so hope everything is still great after 6. I'll update after we eat here next Sat đŸ„° looking...

The employees were amazing. Couldn’t be anymore friendlier. However, the food was just OK. The chicken literally had no flavor and the Mac and cheese and coke slaw were subpar. I had the Pancho (bowl) and it was OK, again, chicken had no flavor to it. The best thing was that they did offer free refills on your soft drinks, something you rarely find at an airport eatery. So, overall, it was OK and certainly will not be my first or second choice of food. All this set me back $38 including drinks.

Location in the airport wasn’t bad. Service was good but they were out of popular items and also said that cash wasn’t accepted (very inconvenient for traveling). Pulled chicken sandwich was decent (chicken was dry and there wasn’t much sauce/flavor), the potato salad was very good but a very small portion for how much you have to pay, but the fried pickles were awesome (and the sauce that comes with it is tasty!) Overall it was a decent option but I don’t know that I would ever try it again.
