Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Really disappointed, we have been getting pizza here for about 6 months (~15/20 pies) and I can say they have started to get very cheap with the cheese and pepperoni. Probably the last time I am going to order. When the older Indian couple was there it was great, I guess the new people don't care as much or maybe the order came down from corporate whatever the reason it is time to look for another pie shop. **UPDATE: I saw the owners response, I gave it one last try, I'd rather get unfettered 3rd try and see if the last few times was a fluke or not. so got my order, same thing, When we used to order Old World Pepperoni the pizza would be covered with crispy delicious, and addictive pepperoni. (Only reason we ordered as many of them is because of the way it was done) Now we get like 2 or 3 dime sized pepperoni per slice (instead of 20) and it's a huge change, a huge value proposition that changed without any kind of notification. We spent good money thinking it was a fluke or whatever and essentially got a completely different product. So giving me a coupon or whatever won't help with what is clearly a policy change. I feel like we wasted our money and won't be ordering again unless it goes back to the way it was. #1 rule in the food business is consistency and once you establish a method you don't change it without...

We've ordered from Marco's several times via Door Dash, and every time has been incredible (and delivered WAY faster than the generic pizza joint just down the street from us). The crust is the perfect thickness; not too bready, but thick enough to hold up toppings. The family loves the crust topper options too. The cheesy bread is delicious! And I love that it comes with a cup of marinara (not your standard flat marinara, either. This stuff has dimensions and depth).

The only complaint we have, being a mostly vegetarian household, is limited veggie options for the pizza. There are the standard, kind of boring options, sure. But we'd love so much to see some expanded options (broccoli or roasted garlic/garlic or caramelized onion or basil or sundried tomato would take the pizza to the next level). But overall, Marcos is definitely a household favorite and has always delivered on taste...

Did an online order tonight for half ham half cheese i got home and it was a pepperoni me and my wife do not eat pepperoni i called the store asking what could they do i talked to a kind young guy who said he could make it again i told him i was unable to pick it up so he insisted i send a picture of the order and he will make it again tomorrow, not even 10 minutes later i get a call from another guy he was very rude he stated “it is not the stores problem” i insisted i did an online order for a specific thing he replied stating “that is not my problem” very unprofessional and rude i did not catch his name but it was an horrible experience to be belittled and talked to in such way on the phone he replied with more terrible remarks that i feel are not necessary for this review but the food is great just bad...
