I was so thrilled when this location opened so that we could get these fantastic pizzas more often. Previously we had to go to LaVergne as the closest location. We still love the pizzas and will not get any from anyone else. I would have given 5 stars but recently the customer service has fallen off. The last time we ordered it was for delivery and we were provided a delivery time of 45 minutes, no problem. Two hours later and several calls to the store no pizza and no one seemed to know what was going on. The location used a door dasher for delivery. The guy that we talked to last hung up on us. 30 minutes later when I was leaving the house to go buy dinner elsewhere, someone had finally delivered 2 pizzas that were sitting on the welcome mat and no warmth at all. Tonight I order again, pickup, never again for delivery, I showed up got my pizzas and checked them before leaving. One was missing the sauce cup. I asked them about it and the girl who seemed to be running things told me I would have to purchase it. I showed her my email confirmation that it was on the order. She stated it did not print on her ticket and I would have to still purchase it. This is not my problem it is with your ticket translation. I refused to buy a cup that comes for free with the pizza and was on the original order. Is it Just rude or ignorant? We order a lot about once every week or two. Read moreWe used to love going to this Marco's Pizza — it quickly became our weekly go-to because the pizza itself is delicious. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The location is extremely unprofessional. None of the staff wear hairnets, even though several have long hair that hangs loosely while preparing food. Wanting to try more than just pizza, we decided to add sandwiches to our usual order. The sandwiches were disappointing — barely 5 inches long with only about 3 inches of meat. The first time we ordered, one employee told another to remake the sandwich because it was poorly made. We thought it was a one-time mistake, but the second time, the exact same thing happened. Again, an employee had to ask someone to remake the sandwich, and this time the worker openly complained about having to fix it.
There are a couple of younger staff who seem to care, but others clearly don’t. On top of that, several employees handle both food and the cash register without wearing gloves, which is completely unsanitary. At one point, I even witnessed a worker touching his locs — again, with no hairnet — and then immediately handling food. Completely gross and unacceptable.

My first rating was 4 stars due to consistent problems with delivery drivers not respecting no contact request. After posting, it got better.
However today I once again had a driver pound on my door for a minute before I had to open my door. He as very kind, but I have no contact for several reason, so that gave me a lot of anxiety. On top of that, they were out of one of the 2 things I ordered. Instead of calling me to ask if I wanted a refund, replacement, or just cancel the order, they just told the driver to tell me they were out and I'd be refunded. If they had called, I would've gladly switched to another option even I had to pay more. If they were out of good alternatives, I would've cancelled the order all together. The main reason I ordered was for that item. Instead I got half of my order but still had to pay full delivery fee and a tip based on double what I actually got delivered.
The food is good, but service has been incredibly disappointing. Probably won't be ordering again...
