Don't know if this is a franchise location or corporate, but I went in tonight at ~11:00pm, mainly because I didn't want to wait in line at McDonalds. Drove up, there was one car in drive thru. They finished, I assume, at the speaker, and pull forward. It's my turn now, hooray! I pull up. Silence. The car in front of me looked like they were having some issues, so I just waited. And continue waiting for about 5 minutes with nothing but silence. At this point there's 3 other cars that I can see behind me. "Hello?" I asked. Still nothing. One of the cars behind me pulls out of line and leaves. I continued waiting. "Are you open?" Silence again. At this point, I'm pissed. I could have already gotten my food and been back home with McD's. So I pull forward, expecting to see the van that had been in front of me still at the window. Nope. Empty in front of me in the drive thru. I pull up to the window to see if maybe there's a fire or something. Nope, just some steam coming from something. Nobody in the window, nobody even near anything. Needless to say, I drove off pissed, and headed to McD's anyways. Without my Nachos Bell Grande, two steak quesaritos, or my Baja Blast. ...
Read moreIf there’s one thing I can give this place 5 stars for, it’s getting my order wrong. All I ordered were some fiesta potatoes and a Pepsi. What I received were potatoes with toppings I did not ask for along with more food I did not order and a slush. This was clearly another case of me receiving someone else’s order. I don’t understand how hard it is to simply double check to make sure the order is correct before handing it off to the Dasher. If you want to inflict trauma upon yourself that will probably trickle down to your future children and their children and their children by purposely ordering here knowing you won’t get what you ask for, be my guest. If not, I suggest you eat at home, come get it yourself and check it right then and there, or order elsewhere. It’s just not worth the trouble at the end of the day. I’m sure I’ll have to go back to my therapist before I order from another Taco Bell again. Read moreHave ordered food from here multiple times in 9+ years of being in the area. Only a handful of times have they ever gotten my entire order correct, usually leaving out items or putting things on items that were specifically requested to be removed (lettuce and/or tomato).
Tonight (8/2/19) was the last straw. Ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. Got home and 2 items had been left out (identical items). Went back to store (inside) and received terrible customer service from the person who had given me my food at the drive thru window as he stated that I probably ate them to the person manning the front counter within earshot of me.
It was also stated that they may have put 2 of each identical item in a wrapper together....why would they even think that was acceptable? What if they were all for different people? I don't go to McDonald's and order 2 cheeseburgers and find them wrapped together. Terrible customer skills and these employees think they should be paid $15 an hour?
I will never return to this...
