Los Churrascos Restaurant — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I'll rate this 5 stars for the food while subtracting 3 stars for their poor service and long wait time. At first the service was good but it was quick to drop from there. I received chips and salsa and quickly ordered a supreme burrito. The one order took about 30 minutes to hit the table. I noticed that other tables were experiencing similar delays. I was never offered a drink refill and when my meal did arrive it was given to me without a napkin and silverware. The plate included rice and beans and needless to say, I needed silverware to eat. I asked for the silverware and once received, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. It was delicious! The beans were seasoned wonderfully and the rice was firm yet moist. The cheese on the burrito is more of a queso dip type of cheese.

At this time, I suggest people that are not in a rush to stop by for a delicious meal. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. The service is poor. They do offer regional Mexican beers here for...

Food is good but what I didn't appreciate is that they give you a bill with a total then when they run your credit card they added $3.50 to my bill and when I asked why they said is to cover for using my debit card. Bad practice because something that at another restaurand cost $8.00 at theirs cost $11.50 instead even if on their menu also says $8. I found that to be deciving. They need to post big signs letting people know about that. The server said it was on the manu but its writthe with the smallest font pissible plus they dont leave the menus at the table DECEIVING...I rather go to LA USULUTECA...

Fui con mi familia a cenar , llegamos a las 5:45 pm,la mesera tomó la orden , eran las 6:25 pm y aún no estaba lista la comida , la sirvieron a las 6:35 pm , los nuggets que pedí para mis niños que tienen 5 , 3 y 2 años que creen? , pues estaban CRUDOS , el pollo estaba blanco y ligoso , aún la orden que había pedido para llevar no estaba lista . El encargado o no sé si será el dueño ;en el caso de serlo, SEÑOR sea más educado y tenga más respeto hacia sus clientes que de los clientes come , vive y se mantiene; con respecto a la comida tenga más cuidado al servir ALIMENTOS CRUDOS más si son niños los que consumirán la comida. El encargado o dueño porque la verdad no tengo claro qué es , al molestarse todavía porque llevaba más de 30 min esperando y salió a decir que estaban atendiendo otro evento del cuál ni nos dijeron al llegar, para así no hacernos perder el tiempo ,y aún así diciendo que solo teníamos 26 min esperando y hasta una foto tome en el restaurante a la hora llegada y que era un tiempo prudencial donde en todo restaurante te dicen son 15 min los que tomara o si llevan más tiempo te lo hacen saber desde antes pero ESTE LUGAR NO TIENEN NADA DE SERIEDAD ,NI RESPETO hacia el cliente. Antes de ir a este lugar ; tomen en cuenta que si hay más clientes al encargado no le importara su TIEMPO DE ESPERA y EVITEN ENFERMARSE con la comida que sirven CRUDA porque a él encargado o dueño lo único que le importa es el dinero no cuidar la salud...
