Margherita Pizza & Pasta & More — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

First time visiting this restaurant today 1/11/2025 for my pick up order and let me tell you it was so amazing and very pretty and clean inside I went back twice in one day🥰... So let's start with the fresh hot pizza, I ordered a medium cheese pizza it came with 8 slices it was delicious 😋 hot with melty bubbly cheese.

Mr. Loda, I believe one of the owners there was working hard with phone orders and pick up orders, he immediately greeted me with a warm smile and great customer service (I too am in customer service, so I absolutely can appreciate his kindness). We had a great conversation while I waited for my pizza about how his business is a family owned and operated business (you can tell because they make their food with love I know this because you can absolutely taste the freshness just a little fyi EVERYTHING IS MADE FRESH IN HOUSE, example pasta, pasta sauce, bread, I mean EVERYTHING 😀). I even took extra menu's to give to friends, family, and my co-workers... Definitely my first choose for a pizza restaurant in this area.

Later this evening I went back for Mediterranean salad 🥗 with croutons on the side and an order of Cajun fries 🍟😋😋😋yummy the salad was filled with fresh toppings black and green olives, tomato's super juicy, feta cheese, purple onions, green peppers and of course grilled chicken( even though the chicken is grilled it does come cold just specify with your order taker that you would like it hot, by the way my order takers name in the evening was Ms. Martena, and she is super sweet so kind and patient with me when taking my order over the phone and I received the same awesome customer service when I was at the counter picking up my order. The salad was so amazing that I didn't even use the 1,000 island dressing I ordered with it😄.

Oh and get this the customer service is so wonderful that a very kind gentleman came to the car and told me my order was ready 🙋🏾‍♀️😊( As it was cold outside due to snowy weather the day before in TN and I just didn't feel like getting out of the car until my order was ready) I didn't get his name but he was very sweet as well. (When is the last time you have received such kindness in the customer service department, that is why I had to leave such a detailed review)

All in all a five star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ family owned and operated restaurant/business for sure 😁.

I will ONLY recommend Margherita Pizza when I am in this area....

Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from here. I ordered double pepperoni plus onion 10" hand-toss. The person taking the order spoke very low and I had to repeat my order several times with no true confirmation of what I asked for. Once I arrived to pick-up order the amount was $26.xx. I immediately thought something is wrong. Noticing alot more than I ordered I told them that I only ordered 1 pizza. He proclaimed that I did order Lasagna as well. After several attempts of me denying that I ordered Lasagna, I decided to just take it as well and save for later. On top of all of this, when I got home I called them back because I only got a single layer of pepperoni and NO onions!! They still denied this as well... I have been a customer for a long time and have had ordering problems before that they've always corrected. Time to find another place! Does this look like double pepperoni? Definitely does not...

I have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in Italy. I've had Italian food prepared from close friends who are first-generation Italian immigrants.

Until I had Margherita for dinner last night, I thought I had tasted the best Italian food on the planet.

Boy, was I wrong!! The cajun chicken Alfredo. OH MY GOD! Unbelievable! I would love to know the secret to the pasta. Even without the tender chicken and harmoniously flavored sauce, the noodles are headlining!

.... Then there's the Peanut Butter Pie. No words. NO. WORDS, I enjoyed it so much that I invited friends over for a dinner party to experience Margherita's. And I, selfishly, MUST have more of the peanut butter desert.

Hats off to a business dedicated to something greater than quality. It's obvious they take great pride. And I certainly appreciate the...
