I pulled into the drive-thru. A young lady on the mic couldn't understand my mobile code until the 3rd try. By then it expired, so she bluntly said "it's not valid." I said, "Oh, let me refresh it." The new code worked. I stated I had a Buy One Get One Free coupon and would like "2 fish burgers, please." 🍔 She flatly asked, "What's that?" I said, "Oh, sorry. Two Filet-o-fish." She CORRECTED me saying "it's a fish SANDWICH." I repeated, "Two Filet-o-Fish. That's what it says on the menu." She copped an attitude and icily said, "Fish SANDWICH!" Bad attitude! I pulled to the first window to pay and I handed her my cc and the BOGO coupon. She closed the window and it took a long time for her to run my payment. Finally after a couple minutes, I commented to my passenger wondering where she went, since she wasn't at her station. The window was finally opened by a manager who was ringing up my payment. I commented that I wondered where she went. He said she went to get him since she didn't know how to ring it up. I asked if he was only charging me for one, he confirmed he was. I didn't bother telling him how she copped an attitude with me while taking my order, because I was in a hurry and needed to get going, and I didn't want any drama. I figured she must be new since she rudely corrected me saying that it was a fish SANDWICH when I said Filet-o-Fish, as it showed on the menu, AND because she didn't know how to ring up a BOGO coupon. If an employee isn't trained properly they shouldn't be put on the drive-thru window. And she needs to have a refresher training on how not to be rude to customers by NOT rudely correcting them when she was wrong. I usually get NICE people at the window at this McDonald's location. There are a few who act like they don't want to be there. If they don't like their job, then go find a job...
Read moreMy big issue is the lighting after dark. You can clearly see in all your actual location website photos how dark it is. I lock my doors every time due to recent news reports regarding robberies in drive thrus. Yes, I felt I was being overly paranoid about it but thank God I always pay attention, look in my mirrors and keep my windows up because sure enough, a guy with a back pack came walking up in the dark (not even noticed by the guy collecting $). He came up really close to the back of my car walking back and forth as if to approach. I immediately said to the cashier, who is that guy, and he said I don't know. And said he's coming up bedside my car on passenger now and may come up on you. The small narrow drive through is so dark with no way out and obviously no protections for patrons based on no response of a supervisor addressing it. I turned my head to let the guy know I saw him. And he got so close to my door that I swear he was considering an act. Why is it ok, for a guy to walk up on your car at 1035pm in the pitch black without it being taken seriously. It scared me to death. Seriously yall? Do you want to get hurt or a patron to get hurt or even robbed? Because if your staff isn't trained in this day and time, the chances are good. Read moreToday, I sat in the car with my 7 year old step-son, while my husband ordered inside. All of a sudden 7 employees came outside... Here I am assuming "No wonder they are ALWAYS so slow, everybody is on break at once"! Not the case today!!! Two female employees decided that would bring an argument outside that apparently started inside the restaurant... Not having any respect for their customers.. families with their children.. a solider in uniform... even an elderly woman who tried to break the argument up. These women were cursing each other, using the GD word.. calling each other the N word and the B word. all while trying to fist fight on another. How disrespectful.I will NEVER spend my money on a 3 ringed circus at that location again. Service is horrible. Employees have no respect for their customers. The food orders are always wrong. And the food i received today ended up being cold, but it wasnt worth my time to go back and ask for fresh food.
