I really struggle with giving low reviews but I’ve given this Starbucks so many chances. They just make bad coffee. I don’t know what’s wrong with the way the baristas are trained here but if you have a favorite drink, come here and it’s just… bad.
Drinks are consistently tasteless and the coffee in them always tastes burnt. Basically every coffee based drink here tastes the same. Coffee and milk. Get a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso? Same. Get a caramel macchiato? Same. Get a pumpkin spice latte? Same but with powder on top.
In the past, I expressed to a barista that my order tasted wrong, and I didn’t know what was wrong with it. I get the same thing every time at other Starbucks locations. She explained I should’ve customized it by adding this and adding that. She fixed it and I was thankful. Come back a few weeks later and ask for the same drink with her customizations… still wrong.
I’m not an overly critical person, but I’ve just never had a good tasting coffee based drink here. If you like Teas and refreshers it’s a great place to go! Sorry to give non-constructive criticism. Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks, and I feel compelled to share my encounter with Trevelle, the manager. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an excessively long wait of over 20 minutes for my drink. Moreover, Trevelle’s demeanor was notably rude, leaving me with the impression of discrimination.
The prolonged wait time was frustrating, especially considering the reputation of Starbucks for efficient service. Trevelle’s behavior added to the dissatisfaction, as his rudeness was both unexpected and unwarranted. This left me questioning the professionalism upheld by the store’s management.
Feeling discriminated against only intensified my disappointment. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, and it’s disheartening to think that such values were not upheld during my visit.
Regrettably, due to this unprofessional encounter, I have decided not to revisit this Starbucks location. It is my hope that my feedback contributes to improvements in customer service, ensuring that others do not face similar experiences...

Loved this location, but it appears that new management can’t keep employees more than a month or so.... and they are learning at my expense. How can you screw up a Venti Americano- it’s as simple as it gets. Yet I have had Rasberry added rather than a Restreto shot, 3 shots not 4 in a Venti, and warm not hot water added.
Do yourself a favor and either make it a mobile order or find another location - otherwise be prepared to go in and have it redone. But CHECK your drink before driving off!!! After today’s set of errors- I am skipping this store for another. While it is a little out of my way - it gets my order right every time.
Today my Venti Ameranico came with 3 not 4 shots, MILK and not Half-and-Half Creamer was hastily added to the creamer jug after a 5 minute wait, and espresso draw did not taste like Ristretto shots.
