To I'm walking in Taco Bell just now and a car pulls up, stops, and lets 3 passengers out. One of the young ladies had something hit the ground beside her that appeared to be a couple of sheets of paper that had been ripped up by hand. I mentioned to her that something fell out of her purse, and she smiles and replied, "Awe, Nah, I threw it down." We walk inside and I'm surprised to see the manager hands this same young lady her paycheck. Classy employee throwing shredded paper down at the front door, but whatever... The managers asks the young lady and her 2 friends, "Yall want a cup?" and they say Yes, as they were obviously standing there waiting for the freebie. I ordered a number 3, which should come with a Large Drink. The girl behind the counter comes over and says, "We only got medium cups, that OK?" I immediately look over, and your off-duty litter bug employee and her 2 friends all have Large cups. So do all your employees behind the counter. So it begs to question- Did they (A)Give the last 3 Large cups away to their friends, or (B)Was I just the wrong color today? On my way out (with my medium drink) I realize the manager lady has her toddler (2-3yrs old) playing on a phone at a table as she hands him some cinnamon twists. So, TacoBell is out of cups, but offers free food, Large drinks, and daycare for its employees and their friends....
Read moreI can't believe that I keep falling for it, thinking It'll be okay if I give this place another chance, but this was my last. Stopped by at 10:35am a week ago & was again told they serve only breakfast until 11:00am. I went down Nolensville Rd to the other Taco Bell & they began serving lunch at 10:00am. Today, I went by this location at 1:00pm & service at the drive thru was relatively quick, but the person at the window never looked at me & stuck her arm out for my money after she finished her conversation (laughing) with other employees. That is not what ticked me off though. The Burrito Supreme was no different than the $1.00 burrito except that I paid over $2.00 additional for it. It had NO tomatoes in it & one tiny piece of lettuce about 1 inch long & a very tiny dollop of sour cream at the very bottom of it. Then, I am informed that they are out of hot sauce & have only mild. CLEARLY, this is one of the most poorly managed Taco Bell's that I have ever been to & this has been the standard over the past few years. My time is too valuable to waste on chancing...
Read moreThe worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. I would recommend driving anywhere else in Nashville to get better service than this. I pulled up to the drive through at 10:45pm and the staff was outside smoking with friends. He went in to take our order and was rude and short, just answered the drive through with ‘what’. When we pulled up to the window he told us they aren’t even taking orders right now because they are ‘prepping meat’ but he would let us go through and proceeds to tell us he is declining the orders of the people behind us. We ask when they close and he said ‘here in a minute’. This obviously says they are open until midnight. He has us pull up front to bring our food -not stay in the drive through- when he brings it out we ask for hot sauce and he says ‘we don’t really have any of that stuff right now’, refuses to go back into the store to check and just joins his friends outside. We didn’t even eat our meal because of how disinterested and rude this person was, not feeling confident it was prepared in a sanitary or appropriate way after...
