Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I was doing a social experiment on Taco Bell to test their customer service and how loyal they were to the customers, but unfortunately one did not pass the test and I did not expect the reaction that they would give me this customer service was outrageous and they did not even give me an answer Instead they could’ve just replied back calmly and nicely answering my question. Simply, I asked them what kind of food they sell sell it to test if they had the patient to tell me and the right mind to tell me if they were generous enough to even know it was in the name. After I asked this question they hung up, leaving me with no response and leaving me clueless and I found that very rude to just hang up on a customer like that even though it was a social experiment this behavior should not be done at Taco Bell and the employees act very unruly and unprofessional, at least the one that I...

Went through drive through... places my order the guy was laughing and goofing off with the girl inside. I repeated my order twice, get to the window paid. He gave me the wrong change back, when I corrected him he acted as if I was wrong. I pull up to just double check and off course my order was incorrect. So when I park I get told by one employee to go to the front and then she tells me to go to the side. Then she tells me well you have to go back through the drive thru. The line was halfway around the building so I sat in the line, get to the monitor to order I tell the same guy my order was messed up and he goes what's wrong with it. So I get up there, the guy let's my corrected food sit there for 4 minutes!!! I would never recommend anyone to go here this is the worst Taco Bell ever! I will drive to the one 15 minutes away to have better...

On December 9,2022 at approximately 12:10 , stop in to have lunch, there was about five customers in line to order, I asked the lady that was taken orders could I get the code to the bathroom, she advised me that I had to order and pay before she could give me the code. She also advised me that this was company policy. I try to tell her that I would be eating there, but I needed to go to bathroom before I order. So I just left and went to Wendy, were I could go to bathroom before I order. This lady was very rude, I will never go to this Taco Bell location again.
