Don't buy the "Under New Management" sign, it's lipstick on a pig. I did and was burned. I went once, and it was OK. So I went back on Friday, Jan. 24 and was burned bad. Here's what happened: I ordered on the app for a kiosk pick-up and arrived at the store in the window when the app said my order would be ready. I reached the end of the window and the app said my order was still "in the oven." I decided to walk in and investigate and it was absolute chaos. The kiosk was empty, there were tickets piled up on the counter in back and there were no pizzas in the oven. Employees were poorly trained and there was no teamwork. The woman at the counter could not tell me the status of my order or when it might be ready. Customers were upset. I immediately ordered from the Madison store, which is operated by a different franchise owner and consistently excellent. On my way home, I called the Dickerson Pike store about a refund of the $27 I paid on the app for the order I never received. They told me I would have to request it on the app, which I did promptly. It's been a week and I have not heard from Little Caesar's about a refund. It's a shame, because I love the convenience, but I will no longer patronize the chain because they didn't refund my money and they have done nothing to resolve the atrocious customer service situation at the Dickerson store. I'm going to Jet's tonight and will file a complaint with the Tennessee Better Business Bureau and Attorney General for my refund. If you want Little Caesar's though,...

âJust 3 miles from golden shores⊠lies this sunken wreck of food chain disaster!?â
If yer sails have blown you into town, and ye be cravinâ a cheap pie fix, beware this treacherous outpost wearinâ the name Little Caesarâs. Though it hoists the same banner, this location be no more than a cheap impersonation of cheapness.
Unlike its sibling just three miles yonderâwhere the crew runs like clockwork and the pizza sails in hot and steadyâthis sad shack is manned by a captain clearly in over his head. From the looks of things, he bought in cheap and runs it cheaper.
đ» The crew? Disorganized and likely cursed. đ» The captain? A frustrated soul, trying to do it all and doing none of it well. đ» The service? About as warm as a ghostfish handshake. đ» The food? Argh⊠even seagulls would second-guess.
The shipâs deck is disorderly, the crew barely afloat, and the atmosphere? Like dining in the galley of a sinking frigate.

Read more0 stars!!!! Inexcusably SLOW!!!! Ordered online and chose drive thru thinking it would be faster than going in to just pick up my pizza that was ready and paid for. 5 mins after the time my order was suppose to be ready I arrived to the drive thru line which has several cars lined up. After waiting 10 mins and the only time anyone moved was because cars gave up and drove off NOT because anyone actually got food. I then decided it had to be faster to get my food that was said to be ready 15 mins at this point inside. I got out of line parked and went in. In the store there was no employee in sight after several more mins the employee finally decided to come acknowledge customers. Waited for two other people to place orders before I could even ask to just pick up my order. When I asked to get my order they went to check and claimed it was just coming out of the oven even though the time on my email was at least 15 mins before this. After waiting 5 more mins my pizza still was not even out of the oven meaning they had not even started it before I arrived. I ended up having to cancel my order and ask for a refund because I wasnât going to wait any longer. Definitely makes the slogan hot and ready laughable at...
