š A Little Slice of Italy Right Here at Home
Tucked away on a cozy street corner, this Italian gem serves pizza the way itās meant to beāsimple, rustic, and bursting with flavor. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the aroma of wood-fired dough and fresh herbs, a scent that feels like a warm hug from Naples itself.
The menu is refreshingly traditional: think Margherita with sun-kissed San Marzano tomatoes, creamy mozzarella di bufala, and basil picked that morning. The crust? Perfectly blistered and chewy, with just the right amount of char from the stone oven. Each bite is a harmonious blend of tangy, sweet, and savory that makes you close your eyes and savor.
What really elevates the experience is the passion behind every pizza. You can see the pizzaiolo stretch and toss the dough with care, speaking Italian with the staff, and occasionally nodding at the oven like an old friend. Itās not just a mealāitās a love letter to Italy.
Whether youāre popping in for a quick slice or settling in for a slow dinner with friends, this place offers more than just food. Itās a reminder that sometimes the simplest ingredientsāhandled with tradition and heartācreate the most unforgettable meals.

š Bold Flavor, Wood-Fired Perfection
Craving classic pepperoni with an Italian twist? This authentic spot delivers big. Their wood-fired oven crisps the edges just right, giving the pizza that irresistible charred chew. The pepperoni is spicy, smoky, and layered generously over tangy tomato sauce and gooey mozzarellaāall nestled on a crust that tastes like it was made in Naples.
Itās more than a sliceāitās a proper pizza experience, cooked with heart and fire.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in Hermitage today, checked my list, and decided to dine at the Italian restaurant Tutti Da Gio. Just an FYIā¦there is no inside seating but they do have a mini patio outside with four tables and umbrellas. To say this place is friendly and welcoming would be an understatement. When I walked in I met Dalia at the register, she is such a pleasure to talk with. Then I met Vincenzo (Giovannaās son) creating pizzas in a wood fired dome oven. I also meet the owner Giovanna who creates all of the wonderful pasta dishes, and then I got to talk food with her husband Jarod. There were a few other folks who welcomed me, apologies for not remembering everyoneās name but it was great meeting everyone.
A few things make this place remarkableā¦they make their own pasta from scratch, Vincenzo comes in early and bakes the bread for the day in their brick oven, and most of the folks in this place speak Italian, and also speak English with beautiful Italian accents!!!
I ordered the Margherita (Cheese and Basil) pizza and watched Vincenzo turn it in the brick oven while Giovanna worked on my āto goā order of Pasta al Sugo Con Polpette. The pizza was exceptional with a crispy crust (love the brick oven singe) and the Fior di latte mozzarella (yesā¦this is a different type of mozzarella) really created a balance between the crusty pie and the more delicate mozzarella. The pies here are 12ā and are a great size for a meal. I TRIED to only sample the pasta dish, but the sample ended up being two meatballs and half the pasta by the time I was done. Italian dishes become very special when fresh, home-made pasta is used and this was no exception. The sauce was light, a great tomato flavor, slightly sweet, and clung to the pasta perfectly. LOVED the meatballsā¦great mix or meats and seasonings and I know these would be awesome on a meatball grinder too!
This is a special place made so by the people who work here and the incredible food they serve. They are well worth a drive to enjoy their Italian creationsā¦and you will leave with a smile from the wonderful...

Each delectable bite showcased the perfect fusion of creamy risotto and flavorful fillings, all enclosed within a crispy, golden shell. It was evident that Tutti Da Gio had mastered the art of capturing the essence of Sicily on a plate.
The Quattro Formaggi pizza, a celebration of cheese, was an exquisite creation. The blend of four cheeses harmonized beautifully, and the light and airy crust provided the perfect foundation for this cheesy masterpiece. It was a symphony of flavors that delighted my taste buds and left me yearning for more.
