It is rare that I find myself rating a business 1 star but in this case it is a stretch to give them even 1 star based upon multiple visits to this location.
I deliver orders for UberEats and also drive for both Uber and Lyft. Apparently Zaxby's employees do not like UberEATS and they make sure to let the driver picking up customers orders know that in no uncertain terms.
Long waits are the routine. Anyone who enters the restaurant while you are waiting for an order will be served before the Uber order is served. Also, drive through will always be #1 above counter customers and Uber orders.
On my last visit (Saturday, December 9, 2017) I arrived and after waiting 22 minutes I asked if the order was close to being ready since everyone entering after me had already been served. I was told that Uber was last and was only prepared if they had time and only when nobody else was in the store or in the drive through. I am being very nice in what was told to me but it was much more colorful as told to me by a shift manager.
I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but this is the third time I have had this experience here. I feel sorry for customers who order delivery and they have to wait excessive lengths of time since as the manager told me "they are not important and they can cancel their orders." These guest may not be in the dining room face to face but they area still Zaxby's guests who have chose to order take out. NOT a good way to treat your customers.
Also, each time I do deliver a Zaxby's order the order is usually incorrect. All I can do is offer UberEATS customer service number and hope they are refunded.
AFTER multiple unfilled, delayed, and inaccurate or incomplete orders picked up at various ZAXBY'S I will no longer accept an UBEREATS order request from any ZAXBY'S location. I cannot pass long careless customer service to my end customer.

Read moreWe ordered last night around 9pm. Maybe that was the problem. It was my first time eating ant Zaxbys and I was blown away how awful it was!!! We ordered 2, 5 strips meals, 2, chicken fajita meals, the chicken was so dry I almost couldn’t swallow it and also was so flimsy that it was must’ve been hanging around for a long time no no no crust at all no crunch no nothing. No one to the fajitas, they smell wonderful but when I open the box in order to take a piece everything fell out of it. It was so old and mushy and and the vegetables were green. Peppers are supposed to be green, not brown! I’m totally convinced on me. Was leftovers from early on in the day and just warmed up seem like by a microwave and then served. I didn’t appreciate spending over $46 on food that we couldn’t even eat. The only reason I gave two stars Zaxby’s was because the gentleman working there was ultra kind, very professional and Yeah, he was great. Man, I would sure like a refund!!!! We also did curbside pick up. I definitely don’t recommend going to this Zaxby’s. I have no idea about other ones around, but this one was so disappointing, I had waited four years to Eat their food. Read moreI LOVE zaxbys but this location seems to always get something wrong. I went the day before & got my regular meal that i always get & they forgot my bread & the slaw cup didn't have much in it. I called& the mngr said write his name on the reciept & they'd replace it so i went to get my replacement & this time the chicken & bread was hard & the slaw was bad but there was no use calling again bc evidently they don't care @ this location!! The Hermitage 1 is AWESOME always gets my order correct & food is fresh. My daughter came to visit & we wanted to have lunch & I suggested zaxbys but she stated" mom you know i love them but NOT THAT LOCATION" she lives over an hour away but I we've tried it before & the tea has been soured, rude staff etc etc. It may be ok during the day but at night its definitely tomfoolery & shenanigans by young kids. A patron in drive thru was unhappy with her order & worried the employees were going to spit in her food. The drive thru employees were talking about it while waiting on me at the window....
