Your Google Local Guide here! I spent the past 5 MONTHS coming here & getting a caramel frappe DAILY. I maybe have missed 3 days of not going to this establishment. I watched, listened, paid close attention. Some of the staff here is great but unfortunately, the location stays subpar due partially to the General Manager, Jessica that works there full time. When people call corporate to complain, they're calling her husband John. I was told by her daughter that also works there that they laugh at complaints on them. Yes they're short staffed because they send people home early or people just don't want to come in & deal with it. They mess up orders & act like it's no big deal. They cuss at & in front of customers, even if children are present. They never mark the app to let you know when things are unavailable & then don't want to refund the order even tho they can't provide what they allowed you to order. I've had to go back the NEXT DAY to get my order, TWICE!! The GM even told me she didn't care what the food/beverages looked like & would make it her way & I caught it on video. That happened my SECOND visit there! But I began hanging out with a few employees, including the GM daughter. I found out so much about how she says her mom yells at them & makes them feel bad. Along with other employees telling me she gets angry A LOT & apparently yells at them, treats them badly, picking at them etc. Idk if they're telling the truth but it seems to be a common theme between many of the employees. So the environment is just not friendly.
Then the other day, I was inside picking up my order only to hear the GM call me the B word thinking I was outside. The manager Charlene came to me & apologized, she's actually one of the great employees there & always has the most beautiful smile when she interacts with customers.
As for the man who posted the review saying they pull cars up, yes they do. Especially on "Fast Fridays" where all of the McDonald's compete to see who's faster. IF this location actually got their correct times then I'm sure the actual McD corporation might would take a lil peek. But they pull cars up on Fridays & park them all over then they mix up orders, mess up orders, etc & it actually takes LONGER for customers to get their orders but the employees don't seem to care bc their time looks good. It's cheating & it's not fair to the customer.
Speaking of, if you want or need to make a complaint, you'll need to contact the actual McDonald's corporate office, not BHT who owns that specific McDonald's bc the GM husband is the supervisor & well IYKYK. You'll need to let them know WHY you had to go above the franchise to actual corporate AKA conflict of interest in the chain of command at BHT.

Read moreMobile App failed totally!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup. I arrived and tried to indicate my parking spot. The app was frozen with an image of jumping french fries .
After 5 minutes I spoke to the staff. The response was simply that they were not responsible.
Over the next 40+ minutes...at their insistence, I closed and reopened the McDonald's App, rebooted my phone, shut down my phone, changed to their wifi then was told to leave their wifi because it might be the problem.
I pulled up my American Express account and showed them that I had been charged and should receive my order or a cash refund.
Still, they could not find any order from me on their system and suggested that I reorder and later contact AMX to get a refund.
The staff made a phone call where suggestions were made similar to what had previously failed. I learned that this was not the first app related problem, and it occurs regularly (no indication that fixes have been attempted).
Eventually, someone decided that after almost an hour of my discussing the failure of the interaction between McDonald's and their App with every customer who entered the restaurant... to give me my order.
The App is not controlled by either the local restaurant nor McDonald's Corporate. It is run by a third party, and local management is helpless when problems occur.

Read moreThe women taking our order this morning in the drive through in Nashville North Carolina (2-18-23, 9:50am) , was extremely rude . She completely cut us off mid order gave us a total and told us to pull around . In a nasty violent tone. We only had two meals to order , We attempted to tell her we where not finished with our order . But had no reply complete silence. Therefore we pulled around and placed the rest of our order at the window. The women taking our money was polite and added the other half of our order , where as the women who took our order looked at us like she was disgusted, after paying and pulling up to the second window we where told to park in section one to wait for our food . Witch was fine, when our food arrived they forgot the second half of our meal. We figured that would happen, so I went back Inside to retrieve the other half of our order . Meanwhile the drive through order taker (whom seemed like the shift lead for the morning) was violently yelling at her team . Everyone in the lobby could hear and witness this. I am a manger within the fast food industry. I understand how things can be from time to time, but with that being said this particular employee was extremely unprofessional.
