Worst experience from this store ever! My wife and I ordered the cheesy bread, a buffalo chicken sandwich, a few sauces, and a 2L Dr. Pepper at 20:14pm... After placing our order for delivery in the mobile app, we waited over 1 hour for our order (quoted as 45-55 minutes) and decided to call the location. When I asked how much longer the order would take, he said it would be another hour and a half till it was delivered (Who the heck eats at nearly 11 pm in the evening (except drunk college kids ON A WEEKDAY?!), citing that there was only 2 drivers and 8 orders ahead of mine amnd that they only throw the orders in the oven when they have a driver available... Honestly, not my problem... When I asked what they would do to fix it (refund or give me something complimentary for the hastle... SOMETHING). He said that if he refunded the order, he would cancel it. When asked if he'd throw in some kind of dessert or something for the inconvenience, he said no. I then tell him to refund my delivery fee and I will come to pick up the order. He tells me he'd have to refund the order then charge my card again for the amount without the delivery fee. Great... Now we risk my card being declined for suspicious activity. So now, my wife and I are hungry as heck and to make things worse I have to drop what I'm doing, to go pick up what should be a delivery order... All because their drivers can't seem to efficiently navigate a small "country" town? Get real... It takes 5 minutes to prepare the order and 5 minutes for the delivery to be made. There is only ONE stoplight towards where I was located, and it is regularly green in that direction. Even when it isn't, it is incredibly quick to change. The last insult is that the sandwich was sub-par compared to other locations I've ordered from. It's even sub-par compared to other orders I've made with THIS location in the past!
The LEAST they could have done, was CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS to let them know "hey look, it's gonna be a minute... Are you ok with that? If not, would you like to pick it up and we will throw it in the oven now, or for us to cancel and refund your money?"... Common courtesy ya'll it shouldn't take a customer calling in after their order is overdue to find out they are gonna have to wait far beyone what is normally acceptable to get their food... I'll be going to corporate about this... Rest assured......
Read moreI put in a delivery for my apartment with instructions that I was on the second floor and to leave it at my door. The website said it was delivered but I never got my pizza so I assumed they might've delivered it to the wrong place or had an issue finding my place.
Looked around and I couldn't find it so I called the store, the line picked up and then immediately hung up, I called again, the line picked up and I sat there for 5 minutes listening to people yelling at each other and music playing in the background, saying "hello?".
I waited a few minutes called again and a lady answered and told me pretty rudely that they brought my pizza back because I didn't answer the delivery driver's calls and that I would have to come up and get it. I didn't recieve any calls from the driver to my knowledge. I don't doubt that he tried to call me. I just said okay and hung up. I did not go pick up the pizza.
Just generally pretty frustrating series of events. If at any point someone had been understanding or even just not a jerk it wouldn't have been...
Read moreOrdered 3 large pizzas and some extras for a large group of family here for graduation. We got it delivered and only received two of the three. We called to get them to come bring it to us, they said they were coming then we called back an hour later when it hadn’t arrived yet. The employee on the phone tried talking us into just doing a refund because they didn’t want to get out to deliver one pizza. We told them we would rather have it delivered because it was lots of us and we’re hungry. They said it would be the next one out and again an hour later we called and they said they tried delivering it 3 times which was a lie because we’re here waiting for it. We eventually just got a refund because it was 11 pm at this point.
Everyone we talked to had an attitude and was not pleasing at all. They put off delivering it so that they didn’t have to get out. It was ridiculous. The food we did get was...
