📢CUSTOMER SERVICE experience, usually 💯 Patronage people show an establishment! Should be RESPECTED to support the locals. Not distasteful, disregarded, disrespected.
This restaurant has been quite pleasant, Usually, very kind and good people work there. Foods good, affordable. Always ready on time. Staff is friendly, respectfully engaging with its array of customers. Checking to see if they need anything else. Usually a down south warm environment. Usually excited to support the locals.
But never has a waitress/cashier been so distasteful, arrogant, rude, and pompous, the lack of care and attitude shows in how you address and treat your customers! Repeat customers?
None of the others act the way, NONE. The others are consistent in regards to respect, and manners. The rest are attentive, kind, courteous, and humble. They are cordial and address you properly. They are respectful. Always with kind words and a care about them. Appreciate them. Thank you.
To watch the other waitress/cashier though be pleasant with other customers, take time with them, be polite and then get an attitude and to giggle, laugh, roll her eyes, be on her phone with a care less. To tell a repeat paying customer "I've already contacted my manager, because I knew you were going to come up here and pitch a fit" 🤔 Never an issue with any other cashier, cook, owner, manager. When the customer simply waited in line, while other patrons were served in order to address a simple matter. Yet won't let you speak to management, hmm🧐
That's how you treat the people that honor the establishment, service with an air of cocky, pretentious attitude at the register, are you kidding me, come on SAMS, know yal can do better.
Feel yal really care about all the people, the eclectic, diverse crowd you draw to your establishment, But this is poor representation of your establishment, This cashier either hasn't been properly trained in customer service, lacks people skills, or really enjoys popping off to your customers. Repeat customers. 😲 To Refuse to let a customer speak with upper management upon several requests. Since when? Isn't it advised to always let a customer speak with upper management if you have a dissatisfied customer and can't resolve a matter to their satisfaction?
Throw a customers food on the counter, after grabbing it from them, when they bring it up to discuss the order and request a refund, 🙈 Pull back the receipt the customer is holding in their hand, after a customer ask to see them to get a picture, since they said they needed to keep the receipt. Not once, but numerous times. 🙉 All while smirking and smiling. 🙊 Giggling and showing no regard? Since when is toying with a customer acceptable? To tell a customer "why don't you stop talking so you can take the picture". 👀 Excuse you, young lady? Whole time, smartass comments after the next and to laugh in the face of a customer that helps pay your hourly wage.
Expected way better from a place grown to Love. Hope they respect there customers as much as...
Read moreIf I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would. I have been eating at this location for about 2 years and I always loved it. For some reason in August of 2018 Thai place tastes like hell, was told it's because of new management. I understand wanting a better environment or clean restaurant so I'm ok with that. This food was so salty I will have to literally drink over a gallon of water to flush my system out and I didn't even eat all the food.
No one should have to pay for 3 pounds of salt on their food. I would have called and complained but I'm for a FACT they would not have given a refund or done anything useful with my complaint. Anyone with any health issues or intolerance to salt should definitely stay away from this place. I don't believe in wasting food because so many people go with out but I didn't feel the need to put my health at risk for the sake of not wasting. Now I have wasted $40, my time, food someone else could have enjoyed(if it didn't taste like death). I know I will not be going back to this place. And I am the type to bite the bullet and never complain or also pretend like everything is good just to save face. Well not this time, this long review was needed. Read moreUPDATE: This owner cares about his business! He (the owner) personally came thru with a new order after my original review was posted. Fresh fried fish AND shrimp! The fresh fish was night and day to the original fish received. Flavor in seasoning was still there but could 100% tell it was fresh. Crisp and not chewy one bit. Shrimp was just as good! I’ve left my original review for transparency, but I would 100% try again. Shout out to Mike for defining what customer service should be! Thank You Mike!
Ordered thru DoorDash just after 7. Ordered fried fish & shrimp, received fried fish only. Confirmed with restaurant that order was received correctly. They were willing to correct if I went to restaurant but I drive a semi and can’t pull up anywhere.
Fish seasoning had good taste but it tasted old and chewy. Fried okra was ok. Yellow rice was dry and old.
Also, you have to pay to get a side of cocktail sauce when ordering shrimp. Ridiculous when the shrimp doesn’t arrive...
