Awful experience. Spanish-esque women began by shouting into the intercom and repeatedly interrupting us as we tried to order. Huge language barrier..I asked for a blue rasberry coolata for my son and was told they don't have that. (there was a huge sign saying "try out new blue raspberry coolata!")..whatever..we got a small strawberry one, a hot coffee, and a hot tea. I asked for a small cup of ice so I don't scorch myself on the tea. She says the total is $9.10..? That seems pretty high. We get to the window and ask about the price, the Spanish speaking women says the small coolata is $3, the tea and coffee is $2.39 each and the the ice is seventy-something cents. I'm like, "then you can forget the cup of ice and just put a bunch of ice cubes in my tea." She then thinks I want iced tea. I don't. She Gives me my tea but it's still scorching hot. My husband goes inside and asks her to put a few ice cubes in it and she doesn't understand him. It takes him 10 minutes and they end up remaking 99th while damn tea. Waste of time. If you speak only english, I wouldn't recommend...
Read moreThe service was terrible, I was with my wife which is a hajabi and she went in there and ordered the 6$ meal and when the order got ready she looked at the receipt and it said croissant and she never ordered a croissant 🥐 she ordered the bagel the same exact thing on the picture but without any bacon, she politely asked to make sure its a bagel and the manager said no its not, and walked away and ignored her, i went in after hearing this and asked her myself we payed for something can we please know why we can't get what we payed for she ignored me after waiting 10 minutesfor my order, she said she will call the cops and she never did in the end because she knew she was wrong. I take this as racism bcause everyone else in line she talked so respectfully and and patient with the ,...
Read moreI stopped at this location on my way into work after getting an iced coffee prior to getting on the highway. I pulled up and said that my coffee was made incorrectly and they asked me to pull up. When I did I asked them to put a splash more coffee as there was to much cream in it. The woman asked if I had purchased it at their location and I told her that I did not but just purchased it 5 minutes ago. She responded with not our location, not our problem, we need to charge you again. I asked to speak to the manager and the assistant manager came over and told me the same thing. As a customer who spends over $100 a week at Dunkin’ Donuts I expect to have my coffee made right or corrected as long as it’s a Dunkin’...
