McDonald's — Restaurant in Natick

this has to be the worst McDonald's I've eaten at.

They totally screwed up my order, charged me for 2 items I didn't ask for. I wouldn't normally bother leaving a review just because of this, but because of the other I'm piling on.

The main issue was the breakfast Burrito I ordered. I was dining in, so I unwrapped it within a few minutes after receiving it. It was as hard as a hockey puck, the wrap was anyway. I took it back and asked for a replacement. I'm pretty sure it was the manager I gave it to. She went over to another employee who had another one in-hand and took it from her and gave it to me. I immediately opened it up there and felt it and while it was better than the first, it too was quite hard in spots. So I again told them to take it back that it wasn't acceptable. The manager then took it in the back and microwaved it, then returned it to me. At this point, with having to come back separately to get a refund I gave up, I had places to be and could not waste any more time at this rest stop.

With #2 I really don't understand what is going on. It is a rare occasion when I get a Burrito where the tortilla is hard. I always assumed when that happened it was because it was sitting around, but clearly this location is not only doing something wrong, but they don't care either.

Monday night at a little after seven. It was raining, hard. I was driving from Washington DC to Boston and just needed a break. I stopped in to the eastbound Framingham rest area to wash up and grab a snack. The rest area was almost empty and the McStaffers were simply milling around by the counter. I saw no mobile ordering kiosks so I walked up to the staff to place my order. Being in a service plaza, this McDonald's does not accept the deals in the Mc app. Also, I found the pricing to be higher than other McDonald's. Food was average McDonald's. Also, none of the three employees that i met that night spoke ANY English....

The food is about what you would expect from a McDonald's. This location is fairly popular so the wait is a bit long but that also means the food doesn't sit around and is therefore fresher. As a location in a service center off the Mass Pike they do not participate in most promotions that you might see at other locations and the prices are about double what you would expect from your local McDonald's. It is still the most cost-effective food option in the plaza however. Employees were nice and helpful doing their best to answer questions and guide customers around the slightly confusing menu...
