Update on 18 September 2022: the new manager and team are incredible-attentive, caring and professional. Over the last 2 weeks I’ve observed the manager being very supportive of customers and most importantly, of staff. Keep up the good work.

Old review: I’ve been observing his for several months now and cannot be silent any longer. I visit this bagel place at least once a week. The new manager is beyond rude to customers ( the tone, the constant arguments with customers. He should be a problem solver and not a problem creator ). I cannot even imagine how he treats the employees. Today I witnessed him reprimand an elderly woman for asking about refills. Once he was done reprimanding her he finished with “ and those doors are for exiting not entering”. The one star is for him alone. Other team members are awesome. Honestly DO NOT go here on the weekends, the customer service isn’t great, often they won’t acknowledge that you’re there waiting for quite some time and then when they do take your order it takes forever. Today we were acknowledged quickly as there was only 1 other person in there and it took a while to get a bagel toasted with butter and a sandwich. Then we had to go back in 2 separate times because the sandwich was made incorrectly AGAIN after having already gone in once and we were traveling and didn’t plan on it taking 25-30min. to get this food so now we’re running late. And when I opened my bagel the whole entire thing was dripping in butter it was so messy. There was a man there who i’m guessing is the manager who when I went in the second time fixed the problem quickly which I appreciated but this was just unacceptable. Im patient it’s just always...

Service is horrible. Ordered an online order before 820-ish am. Expected pick up was 840am. Got there at 845. When asked about my order, they gave me attitude and told me to wait. They were serving all the other customers nicely and basically got their order as soon as they ordered. I realize its breakfast time so I waited very patiently. Even those around me kept telling me to ask again because I was waiting for so long and saw all the other customers were getting their food right away. I ended up getting my order at 9:15am. There was no apology and continuous attitude was given when I went to check up on my order. I used to come here all the time, but I will not be going again.
