Pumpkin Patch National City, Pumpkins National City — Local services in National City

I was there today with my children. My children waited on line for about 15 minutes to get into the pumpking bouncy house, the manager (I guess) approached the girl controlling the entrance, and told her to let all children waiting in line in, because they were about to close. About 17 children got in (I counted about 5 children per round before he gave that order to the girl, so there was an increase by more than triple).

It was caos, my 5 yo got hurt because a couple children fell on top of her, hurting her body. The manager again, came in and disconnected the electricity on porpuse to deflate the bouncy house and obligate children to get out (by the way, they were jumping for less than 4 min when that happened and no warning was given to anybody for them to leave). When the bouncy house was disconnected, there were a lot of children inside, getting trapped and making parents run for their children.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. He set clear that getting our money was way more important than protecting our children, and instead he would hurt them to get things his way.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. It happened on 10/25/24, at plaza bonita, about 8:45 pm.

I took my 20m old son here and was very pleasantly surprised! It is a pumpkin patch that is very much geared towards the littler humans. There are still big bouncy houses with bigger kids pushing and shoving that aren't great for littles but every other ride was perfect for my little guy. Everyone I interacted with was super patient and friendly. They would stop the ride if a parent wanted to grab their not so happy baby and the rides go for a pretty long time! I bought the 12 ticket bundle and still have 8 tickets so I will be coming back. 10/10 for parents and...

Called by phone to ask for information and the lady was so rude she gave short answers and just didn't want to answer I told her if she can give me her name and just hung up and told me I was getting cut off and I called back she just kept arguing with me what I want I ask to speak to her supervisor and passed me to her husband he seem to listen but I told him that im just trying to get information for the punkin patch and that she should not be rude if we r just trying to take our kids to have fun...
