I've always just walked in and ordered my 25 piece turon, but sunday I was asked if I had ordered before coming in for which I said no. The ladies asked for my name, which I gave to them and they told me I had to wait half an hour. While waiting outside, I came in and told them that I would be back that I was going to McDonald's across the street to which they asked if I was given a piece of paper with my order on it. of course I said no, that I was only asked for my name. She then proceeded to tell me that because they didn't give me a piece of paper with my order that I would have to wait another half hour, a total of one hour. I asked them what would have happened if I hadn't gone inside to tell them that I was going to McDonald's, they would have never known that I was waiting for my turons. for which they started talking amongst each other their language. a very nice Fillipino lady who was a client, apologized to me on their behalf. Anyway, after an hour, I walked inside they gave me my order with an attitude for which I politely thanked them and walked out. Sorry I didn't get the ladies names, but I thought to myself, this is a family owned business, my complaint wouldn't do any good. but still decided to post it here just in case it's...

" then she said hindi rin namin binebenta kasi mahirap iluto and latik".....i was dumbfounded!!!! the lady at the register awkwardly said "sorry po hindi raw pwede"......even thou ive been buying that almost every other day since my kids love it for breakfast... then one day i saw a posted flyer right beside the cashier saying " any substitutions cost 50 cents!.. Latik, shredded coconut, etc! this is the orange ave branch not national city branch.... from that day on i wont buy if that short haired with glasses manager is there at the store.... i go to national city whenever i am in...
Read moreSOME DESSERTS WERE EXPIRED 3 DAYS AGO. I guess i will give them at least one star because the taste of the dessert is okay. My problem with this store was the lady who was there at that time was very rude and can't understand what we were try to tell her (some of desserts were already expired 3 days ago) we were even talking in tagalog which made it crazier. Also, like i said some of their desserts were EXPIRED 3 DAYS AGO so be sure that if you guys buy something in this store make sure check for the date of expiration. When my mom told the lady about it she said that they forgot to take out the sticker. Wait..so you mean they just rip the sticker with expiration date and still sell expired food?! So next time make sure you buy the food with sticker and...
