they have favoritism here when it comes to customers.... i ordered a combination that i've always ordered and this lady doesnt smile and seems like she doesnt want to be there.... She asked me what entre i want then i told her and she gave me very little portion not the same as the usual portion i get from the other two ladies there (the lady with a ombre style hair and the pretty one that has a cheerful smile and fab eyebrows!) then she asked the guy after me then gave him a portion of the same entre that i ordered that will feed 3 people! and i was looking at her while she smiles and happily serving this guy after me... ive been coming here for lunch and dinner but this time i feel like i need to go somewhere else. They served me an undercooked longganisa for breakfast. When i told the servers that their meat was undercooked they just did absolutely nothing and kept silent while still putting the undercooked meat on display. What else is wrong with their business ?? They didn't even offer a refund or any other type of compensation all the while still putting the undercooked meat on display. I threw away their food. If I can give ZERO star, that would fit the experience I had there for lunch! The food was cold! Their steam table did not keep the heat of their food. The okra for my pinakbet was hard and tough. When I asked to replace that side item, they gave me attitude before they replaced it. I understood their language so there was no loss in translation.They charged for the extra sauce for my lechon kawali side item.
