This place is clean, the service is amazing and the food is hot and delicious. Unfortunately the parking situation is horrible. They have 4 security guards that tell you where to go and direct you to park in the red areas. When I asked them if I would get in trouble, they said maybe. I told them I would wait. They laughed and said ok. As I waited, one of the security guards said to park in the handicap parking. I mentioned I didn't have my handicap sticker with me, and he said that it was ok. As a person who actually is handicap but just forgot their sticker, I find this despicable. I would never park in a handicap stall if I didn't have my sticker. I did leave and came back with my sticker and parked in the handicap spot. So if you're hungry and don't want to eat in your car, this is not the spot for you. We will probably not be back here for a while, which sucks since it's just a 5 minute drive...
Read moreMore than half a year after first opening, this location has earned its ratings based mostly on proximity to home and the improvement of service. The biggest concern is always the lines there might be so close to the 805 on such a busy thoroughfare, especially going against cross traffic on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm, but surprisingly my visit had none of those problems. My only qualm would be the employee taking orders could not hear me clearly speaking to them 2 feet away from them.
Be sure to do your homework and ask for all your modifications upfront while you order for a seamless experience. For example: wanted pickles so ordered double-double animal style, wanted crispy fries so ordered well done, wanted bigger milkshake so ordered...
Read moreI stopped in this new In-N-Out Burger and ordered a double double cheese burger. The lady Samantha at the counter was super friendly and made me feel quite welcomed.
The burger was not as memorable as I experienced. To tell you the truth, the meat was on the dry side, and the lettuce a little wilted. I do remember the meat being a lot juicier than what I experienced. The fries were okay, too. They needed more of that golden color. They also tasted a little chalky and had a very plain flavor. I had to put black and mustard on them to give them some character.
This National City location has difficult parking. It's located to close to the 805, so the traffic gets pretty backed up, especially when you try to exit, either the parking lot of drive thru. The parking lot is also too small for the volume the business accumulates. Again, there is very good customer service at...
