i order from this place so often that I am a “black belt” in their rewards program. my experience last night left me disappointed and not wanting to return. i came in to pick up my mobile order as usual. was ignored for a while & when other customers came in to order, the girl working quickly acknowledged them and let them know that they ran out of boba and that it would be a while until it was ready. she continued not to acknowledge me so I said “excuse me..” and she gave me an annoyed look and told me that they were out of boba so it would be a while. my issue is that she did not communicate that to me until I after she acknowledged other customers who came in after me and until I had to get her attention after waiting there for minutes after my order was suppose...

Even though we live closer to this location of boba, I haven't ordered from here in awhile nor do we get Boba nearly as much these days like we used to but we did an order tonight. It was my fault that I did not ask for half sweet in my wintermelon milk so it was full sugar. But if it was 100% sugar I would expect it to taste like a stronger full amount of the wintermelon taste. And yea no what a total disappointment, it was basically sugar water and a splash of some dairy milk and barely a taste of wintermelon. Sorry but I didn't have this issue any time I go up to the convoy location. I get that it is independently owned but I'm pretty disappointed when I already get this as a treat...

Cashier: friendly and nice

Tea barista: didn’t pay attention to detail. The store wasn’t busy, but she messed up my drinks. How difficult is it to serve a medium size oolong tea with no sugar? :D The other one is oolong milk tea with less ice, no sugar. I split out what was in my mouth because it was loaded with sugar, tooo sweet! The store wasn’t busy and took a bit long to get my drinks.

I give the person in charge at the time credit for replacing another drink...
