McDonald's — Restaurant in Nederland

Morning and lunch serving is ok but DO NOT go here after 6pm. The people work here at night don’t care. We decided to stop by here on our way home from the park to get the kids something to eat and plus it is close to our home. We ordered online and pick up drive through and the line did not move! We waited 45mins in line just to come home with our foods, dry nuggets and dry chicken patty and burnt bread and missing bacon and pickles in my order. We waited so long and thinking they probably very busy and their food must be fresh but noooope! The food seemed like it’s been there for hrs for them to be this dry. And the workers do not seem busy at all. 4-5 employees just stood there talking to each other and acted like they all were waiting just for 1 cook to hand them the food over. Absolutely terrible. Every single time i go here they do not know how to get an order correct, and do not know how to cook their food. Half the time the food is overcooked, and half the time the food is undercooked. I went through the drive through last night and got a Large Fry and a Mcdouble, with a hashbrown and sausage cheese mcgriddle for breakfast the next day. Neither my mcdouble nor my sausage cheese mcgriddle had cheese, with the burger being undercooked, half stale half soggy fries, burnt mcgriddle pancakes with rock hard sausage. The only thing decent was the unsalted hash brown. I dont normally give restaraunts bad reviews, but since they will never answer their phone for me to speak to a manager, and the fact that the problem has persisted for nearly 4 years has cause me to give up on this location. Worse experience ever. Almost all our food was wrong. My burger was missing. The mushroom and swiss had no flavor and missing mushrooms. They said they were going to make us a new one and it was the same burger. Fries was cooked in old oil. Employees had a bad attitude and manager only came up with excuses. I live closer to another McDonalds to go to this one on Nederland Ave. because this one did really well by my standards. They're not like they used to be. Filed a complaint with the corporate number on the door and the receipt. That's all the manager could say and do. I was going to order my kids some mcflurrys, but their attitude was bad and I wasn't going to give them more money for their lack of customer service.
