When you dinner at a fast food chain such as Taco Bell, you can subconsciously lower your expectations for customer service to exchange for convince. However today I was inspired to rate this Taco Bell location base on my experience with Alaunah W. Our cashier. I've got a metibolic condition that limits my protein intake. Which levels me with a vegetarian sort of diet (PKU).
I shy away from dinning at places unless I know I can find something quick on the menu without making many alterations. Today I couldn't find much on the menu, and I ask Alaunah if she could help me order something with just potatoes and cheese. Not ollnly did my order come out perfect without egg... The price was perfect representation of what I just ordered. I can't begin to tell you how many Taco Bells I've been to and ask then to substitute something for the meat and they charge me for the addition, instead of a substitute. So once again I hope that Alaunah gets recognized for the extra steps to assist me in ordering.
If she doesn't get recognized for this I will also be emailing either the franchise owner, and or corporate office. This simple action makes my day, heck actually makes me feel...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. Our visit started out good guy behind the counter was nice but the others including the manager on duty had no clue on service. We waited over an hour and a half on our food which no one called our name at all instead it was sitting on the counter cold. The girl behind the counter asked her manager what to do. She'll be right over after she gets d one with drive thru orders. We ordered 10 items and spent over 50.00 in store. The manager didn't even apologize nor offer more than to remake it when they had time. If you had mobile order or drive thru order you were waited on right away. Beyond disappointed with this manager and location. Getting our money back wasn't enough especially for the t ime. Employees need to be trained better also. At this point Taco Bell has...
Read moreI worked at TB for almost 2 year and understand the struggle completely when it comes to rush and getting orders correct. However, I do not appreciate being lied to in order for an employee to cover themself. I had a pickup order today and went through the drive thru. Everything was excellent up until I got my food. I immediately knew the food wasn’t mine when I pulled out, so I came inside, with my paper mobile order receipt, and asked to have a remake on my order. The cashier that spoke to me told me that someone had came and picked up my order, which was me- as I had the receipt in hand. After an hour cumulatively waiting in the drive thru and then in the store, I got my remake. Order was prepared wrong. Genuinely seems like management just poorly trained them, because everyone in the staff was...
